the resemblance is uncanny beyond the uncommon coloring in the girl's hair and eyes. the strangeness of seeing her own reflection take form on a different being takes her by surprise, but perhaps it's been too long since yui was herself human and no longer knows how she is supposed to react. her expression softens into a smile and it feels right. meeting her derivative has been a long time coming.
