For me I'm a very bizarre mix, I have alot of trouble falling asleep and sometimes simply standing near my bed well wake me up, but I'm a very deep sleeper in the sense that noises that aren't light don't wake me up bc back when I was younger if you weren't a deep sleeper you'd never get any sleep due to a constant really loud noise(s) that got worse at night, not it's way more chill but it still happens sometimes and I regularly sleep through the noise usually being awake by smth way softer like someone else waking up, so basically won't sleep and when I do sleep I won't wake up to the end of the world but I well wake up to your hushed conversation abt it :D
