Wow—that was quite the load! I am so grateful for the awesome people who helped move everything out this past week. I don’t plan on just letting these weights sit around, though. Since gyms are closed here in New York, we have a great opportunity to spice up our routines. Let’s get creative and see what we can do with what we’ve got at home to help us be more fit. It’s also a great time to start eating better. It’s Summer, which means fresh fruits and veggies! 🏋🏻♂️Mobility Monday🏋🏻♂️ Feeling a little extra tension to start the week? Doesn’t it feel like sometimes that tension just sits right at the top of your shoulders?! A simple way to work on getting some relief, is simply grabbing a set of heavy dumbbells. Grip tight and slightly pull the weights away from you slowly and simply hold it. 30-60 Seconds for a few sets and you will thank me for this one. You will want to save this one for sure. 🏋🏻♂️Mobility Monday🏋🏻♂️ Goosenecking from the bulldog position. What’s all that mean? Well, There’s a lot of fancy terms when it comes to fitness. Trying to communicate with a client to get them into a certain position can sometimes be difficult. Having clear coaching cues to help put them in the right position is very important. Chungfu has allowed me to coach my clients with more potent drills but more importantly, more potent communication.
