I feel somewhat disappointed that the whole "cult" vibe is kind of gone? I mean the corporation is kind of like that only they don't worship the entity behind nevermore. Instead they want to use it for their own gain which would be interesting. if we didn't constantly hop from plot to plot, the last one never being important again.. But I loved the cursed vibe it had before. Also I feel theres some plot holes that need to be filled before we jump on a new plot that will eventually lead to another... Idk this new controlled operation lacks the novelty the original slash fic had with the curse and the paranormal disappearances.
