hey my lovelies! how is everyone doing?

well i’ve been doing another rewatch lately (shocker), and came across something i didn’t notice the FIRST TWELVE TIMES. maybe its because i have a degree in media now, who knows.

so. this shot. from the end of 602. has become my mortal enemy.

whoever the cinematographer was for this episode, boy do i have a bone to pick with you. because while neal and peter are toasting ‘to the future’ the reflection of the inside of peters house is focused on neal ONLY. giving him a translucent and ghost-like appearance. while peters figure is rock solid. foreshadowing much?

Hey there! Just browsing around and saw you’d mentioned in the past a dissertation on anti heroes with a focus on Neal. Any chance that’s still a thing that’s happening/has happened? And, if so, we’re probably not the only ones who’d be interested in taking a peek!

hey! unfortunately i changed my dissertation idea last minute to queerbaiting in media, so i never ended up writing the anti hero’s one 😅

@stan-of-many i can’t comment using my side account, hence why im doing it like this 😅. but omg thank you! its actually about tv anti-hero’s and their moral influences, but i chose neal as my main character study :)

this was and will always be one of my favourite shows so i will definitely try and do some more content :))

welp, that’s it folks! the end of my rewatch posts. i refuse to catalogue anything from the last 15 minutes of the finale, because pain. i thought this moment summed up the entire show pretty well. hope y’all liked it, i might do it again sometime with more serious moments, as i tended to focus on the comedy. mainly because that’s just easier to convey through screen caps. have a lovely day! :)
