“It’ll be fine I still got- oh.” They looked over at their charred marshmallow, a pout on their face.

Cyrus sighed and broke off a piece of his smore.

“Here, you can have some of mine.” He held it out to them, Ava taking a bite as soon as it was in their line of vision.

“Thanks, I’ll make you a smore to repay you.”

“With a marshmallow darker than the chocolate? No thank you.”

“Meanie…” They lightly jabbed him, being met with a small smile from Cyrus.
