I just feel obligated to say this...
… The things I post here are unhealthy. They are bad. If you ever sometimes look at them and think, “That’s crazy,” or “I don’t think I want to do this anymore,” then that’s awesome. And you should hold onto that feeling.
It isn’t weak. It’s strong.
Recovery isn’t fat, or weak. It’s choosing life over death. Because you either recover or die. Ana isn’t forever. 400 calories or less a day isn’t sustainable.
So yes. I am unhealthy. This blog is unhealthy. The mindset required to follow this blog is unhealthy.
You all already know that.
I just wanted to remind all of you that if you ever, ever feel like quitting, it’s okay to quit. Despite the meanspo and the sweetspo, it’s okay. You are not actually a lardass or a fat fucker for deciding to live a real life.
