it's been almost two months and I forgot to share my arcanist whoops

anyway, this is Birugderc (a name meaning "of the piercing eye"), a Reachman (i know he's technically a Breton shh) who had an unusual interest in literature, and indirectly recieved his tome from a Breton scholar, who, has fate would have it, was also an Arcanist
