Ok, look, this quote is from Finnish art historian from the 20th century. Why are you using him as a source on what catholics believe? He is not a theologian or someone educated on Catholicism from what i can find about him (most of it is in finnish, so idk). Honestly, I'm not someone who really responds to these posts. They aren't my bread and butter.

Look, I understand you have beliefs about Catholic Church and so forth. But please use sources from the church itself rather than an art historian. I mean, we have a lot you can use against us. This is by no means me trying to convert you. Just that if you are going to insult us, please our own words against us. That's all I really wanted to say here. But at the end of the day, it's all up to you.
