Honestly the fact that I haven't had a dedicated PC for the last few years is pretty much the exact reason I stopped using tumblr. There are a lot of things I like about it that Twitter simply is not capable of (just the tags system alone is worth the price of admission if you know how to use it effectively) but I think even more than The Sex Purge it's tumblr's lack of decent mobile functionality that shot it in the foot. I mean. Just look at the formatting of this post. Eugh.

(the main concept of this ep actually seems kinda neat, I'm not that pissed about talking droids as a relic of the past so much as pissed when they're being used in a scenario where I'm supposed to believe a bunch of sentient tacticians find them to be functioning effectively and as intended)

Anyway I'm watching Rebels because I watched The Mandalorian at least 7 times last week and knew I needed something else or I'd totally wear it out. Watched Solo (using "watched" in the loosest possible sense of the word, it was on a screen while I did other stuff, I retained almost none of it which seems to be for the best), then rewatched Rogue One, so I did need a few in-between steps to go from Mando to Rebels.

Anyway I'm on Rebels season 3 and Thrawn's here and I'm like "yeah it's a pretty good Thrawn for what it is" but now he's doing his Art-Appreciation-Cultural-Psycho-Analysis and I'm so thrilled that they kept that. I mean, it's a huge part of his tactical abilities but you can understand why I could imagine Nu-Wars overlooking it.

Anyway when's the last time I posted here lol Uh, life updates: Mandalorian good Rise of Skywalker bad Tried Clone Wars again but was immediately assailed by battle droid chatter and had to turn it off Tried Rebels and found it's pretty good, for what it is Not that I like Star Wars anymore or anything.
