Here I've drawn him with a bit of bulk but still tied to keep his softness. He never quite lanky (somewhat tall but not to such extent) but he was certainly of a smaller statue in his teens. He wasn't malnourished or anything of the sort, he was just a teenage boy with a metabolism that was bound to slow down eventually.
