Sheriff Chuck’s right hand man and baby brother, he helps his brother protect their home and family.

Where Chuck is the tough guy, Butterscotch is the gentle guy upon first meeting, ensuring the safety and care of others while Chuck handles the more dangerous side of the job.

But he’s always ready to jump in and help his brother when he can, he knows Chuck would always do the same.

Standing tall and proud, Chuck does his best to watch over his little town and all those around him.

Chuck believes in justice and with the help of his little brother Butterscotch, they handle any trouble makers while taking breaks at the Root Beer Barrel.
