no, a holothere is not just a physical therian. they are not the same. no, holotheres don’t all “recognize that their body is different to their theriotypes”. that’s… the whole point? no, they don’t all “believe they’re physically nonhuman because their mind is an animal”. that’s only including the metaphorical ‘i am an animal therefore my body is an animal’ perspective and erasing everyone else.

in fact. if you’re not physically and fundamentally nonhuman in every way, you’re not a holothere to begin with. because that’s… the definition of a holothere.

this is kind of exactly what i mean by those who do not literally physically identify as nonhuman still claiming to be physically nonhuman slowly pushing those of us that ARE literal out of our own terms.

Go outside and lay in the sunlight (Personally reminds me of 3rd life when it's hot out.)

Ride bike or swing on swings to replicate the feeling of flying

Be ominous/creepy as long as it doesn't actually cause any harm (Like I just say ominous/creepy stuff.)

Perch on top of stuff (Be careful when it's high up, unfortunately flying no longer works here.)

Call yourself Grian or any nicknames you remember. (If ur out to anyone you could ask them to call you that too :D)
