FRANCIS

Francis Henrison, otherwise known as King Henry II. He travels with 4 others, 3 of which are assumed as his children.

He speaks both the Forgotten Language and Vaugaurdian, but mainly uses The Forgotten Language so as to remember. He tends to judge Vaugaurdian things, instead reveling in the bright and forgotten.

He uses Colour craft, allied with Odile to research it in the absence of #/#/#/#.

Wears simple clothes, weaving methods forgotten and forged with metals unkown. He definitely can't read, but refuses to admit that.

Irritable due to constant migraines from The Forgotten Language, but is soft with his family ALLIES.

MELODY

Melody, otherwise known as Mal Du Pays, is a young child travelling with it's family after The Island's dissapearance.

They speak The Forgotten Language fluently, but usually stay silent instead of risking the migraine that comes with speaking it.

They are not blind, but it has heterochromia.

Neither Paper nor Rock nor Scissors nor #/#/#/#. They bear the power of colour and sight, yet none others.

It took Siffrin's hat by the way. They can do an( frankly alarming) imitation of anybody it knows.

Knows nothing of #/#/#/# but names and voices, having lost the words kept within.
