Tips for self cleaning if you cannot bathe/shower:

Baby wipes are very good but you can also use them on your hair to get some of the oils in your roots out. Also recommend using a spray bottle or a cup to rinse your hair, don't have to use soap or shampoo and you can do this in a sink. Recommended also using long lasting deodorant (wiping your armpits before use can make it last even longer)!

Q: why every Thursday?

A: we are disabled and need time to get together all we need so we decided on doing it only once a week

What kinda resources we share:

Items you can get, reading help, information, recipes, basic necessities, AAC help

Sometimes we might just post a video with a basic summary if (it is informative) we aren't feeling well enough to do in depth research

Boundaries: Do not bring negativity to this blog (no drama, no discourse)Please do not use typing quirks, colored text, all caps, or fonts when in ask box, in the comments and reblogs are okay

Please keep questions simple and to the point

Please do not send go fund me requests, they will be deleted

How ask box works:

If you want resources for something specific you can ask, and we I'll try to find said resources

It might take multiple days to get to your ask, we don't always have the energy to dp research

You can ask questions about us that are not too personal (example: where we live, our sex, our age, our system, our disabilities)
