a very funny result of my job rn is whenever I get a toothpaste tube, my instinct is to evaluate the seal quality and style. My most recent one has an overheated seal, 3/10 technically functional but not long lasting, visible ears, EXP date appears incomplete, cut is not clean, sharpen or readjust your cutting unit.
#sif speaks#ive been doing this too long i fear#the funniest part is my job has nothing to do with toothpaste#but does involve tubes#and I happen to know basically all major toothpaste companies use the same or a similar machine#to what I use

Hi there! I have a question about #syndicatedreamau Dream!
I haven't seen him alot, so correct me if I'm wrong, but is he mute? I haven't seen him talk alot? Secondly, is his hair fluffy and can I pet it? Third, how do his wounds affect him? And lastly, can I touch his ears?
Hi, hi! Thank you for asking!!!!
He is selectively mute! I am glad it was evident from the way that he isn't talking in many of the comics or appearance.
Techno can confirm that it is fluffy!
He gets pain occasionally, especially in his joints. His bones, having healed from broken causes him to lose some flexibility in which he is trying to improve via physio. One of his knees is injured rather badly so he has insulated undergarment to keep the appendage warm! His injuries mess with his sense of pain a lot so now he cannot be in the kitchen unsupervised lol.
Please refer to touch guide here!

Another AU in the roster! This is my S2!Dream!
He runs an apothecary and is still very keen to experiment, more on himself much to the chargin of many. The hidden lore for this AU is that although he doesn't remember the event of S1, he can defend himself as a reflex of sort, which means, if he panicks and there is an axe nearby, his body will move on its own through muscle memory alone.

This is a profound misreporting of this case, in no small part due to the relevant article being poorly written.
Tl:dr: the actual lawsuit (which has been voluntarily dropped in favor of a class action) argued that United Healthcare cheated investors by doing illegal anti-consumer things, and then when they were clearly going to get caught, trying to pretend everything was fine. This falsely boosted the stock so that insiders could trade to try and get money out of the situation. The lawsuit does not say those practices should've continued, but rather that the fraud in question was UHC basing it's profit predictions on knowingly doing illegal things to cheat the stock price up so executives could sell.
As mentioned above, the above lawsuit has already been dropped because a class action for investors (californias pention fund) has already been started instead. The more recent lawsuit is a lot more thorough and explains the complaints better.
United Healthcare getting sued by its investors, because it didn't warn them that the CEO getting murdered (by the tendrils of their unmitigated greed) was going to lead to them approving more claims (for covered services that they had no right to deny) is a cartoonish example of exactly why their CEO got murdered.
Their argument is essentially "You promised us a specific profit margin that is not possible to achieve under this increased public scrutiny of your unethical practices. We only agreed to invest because of those unethical practices. So we demand compensation because you didn't warn us that you'd be behaving more ethically"
And idk. Satire isn't just dead. We've pissed on its corpse and now it's dissolving in lye.
