The mega link for the TF2 version might not work in some browers. you might wanna try a different one in case it doesn’t work!
Also, keep in mind the TF2 version is roughly 160 Megabyte in size due the custom content. If you plan on hosting it on a server, be sure to have a fast download server ready!
What exactly is abandoned upward?
short answer : the most painfull and at the same time best map i worked on.
Long answer? : a complete overhaul of the original upward. Including tons of bug and performance fixed wich valve never bothered to apply. The map is bigger, performs better and looks better!
What is the story behind it?
As it is with most of the abandoned series, pybun is the one in charge for that. All i can tell you (and know) is that the respawns stopped working and everything slowly fell apart, except upward! The entire canyon area experienced an waterlevel rise of extreme levels, giving new life to the formerly dead upward. Everything is green and overgrown! Plus, new mysterious crystals surfaced, i wonder what they are for…..
What exactly did i change?
For once, the map is now green (duh) instead of a beige color. i kept most of the buildings as they were and only edited the surroundings, adding foliage and changing textures, improving geometry or changing it completly. A good example for that is the bridge on the second point that i added.
There will also be an announcement for a gameplay session with me and a bunch of other people who helped with the map!

A new item i made! The Metal Mohawk!
Engineer is a big fan of recycling so he welded scrap parts of his destroyed buildings together to lead the Metal/punk rebellion against spies. His love is a loaded gun, so when hell comes home he escapes on a runaway train until he is the last man on earth! ANARCHY, YEAH!
