in an extended explanation, I recently got a new job and it’s been putting me to the grindstone which I love but hate at the same time because I only have 2 hours after work to do whatever I want which leaves me little to no time to draw. except on my days off. on top of all that, my old tablet decided to up and die on me which is always fun so I had to buy a new sexy badass one.

Sleep headcannon for ED?

Hahaha, what is sleep to this dude?

There is no rest for the wicked in LJ, and even if sleep does come, he’s only asleep for 2-4 hours at a time, before he takes over watch for Yerba. Can’t really sleep in the same place twice either, at least not in a secure location. If it’s secure both he and his sister can sleep soundly, but it’s not easy. His favorite time to sleep is between 6am and 2pm, dude is practically a night owl

They wandered away from their parents when they were young, and got completely lost in the Twisted Grove. After much crying one of Millennial Tree Cookie’s guards found the young fawn and took them back to the City where they were raised as their own.

Much later on, after the fall of the Tree, they found a young Fig who had their leg caught in a trap. They saved Fig, and much like the guardians who found Forest Guardian, they raised Fig as if they were their own, vice versa for Peanut Butter!

Seems like finding lost children in the woods is a thing for this cervitaur!

“Not too exciting of a meeting, to be honest.” The legendary cookie giggled and swished her dress back and forth, the glitter catching in the sunlight. “We met a couple years ago at a party, the annual escape day! Almost every cookie in the kingdom comes together to celebrate and its wonderful to see how many have escaped the Witch and live freely without fear!”

“I’m getting sidetracked--anyways!! I didn’t think much of it, as a matter of fact, I honestly believed I scared her off, as I do with most cookies. It wasn’t until that...she realized how special it is, not Pumpkin Queen, someone else, but she realized how I gather magic for me to use, and she could easily tap into that for her own use. Well, the louder the action the louder the boom as they say. Pumpkin Queen found out and she was furious. I’ve seen her get mad a few times now and it’s not pretty. Long story short she let me stay at her mansion to recover and as they say, the rest is history!”

so I took a stab at a sprite edit today, because I stan one villainous Timekeeper and it actually turned out well? Timeguard was really good up until the ending and then I remembered that Cookie Run is technically a kids game, so I’m okay on why they went with the route they chose but now I’m gonna do a Timeguard rewrite with friends because my angst ass loves drama

should I do more? it’d be more basic stuff like this, different faces on different poses
