Circ has a cute headcanon Zone, also I think the Pure Vanilla is adorable. (not used to tumblr completely)
Greetings, I am actually pretty curious.
Under this post, I'd like to know your headcanons for any of my comfort characters, or any of yours. It can be unhinged or weird, just make sure to credit the og makers. I'll start with one of mine with a sample of some of the fandoms I enjoy.
I can see Will and Edgeworth having a friendship over Steel Samurai and they would be absolute nerds.

I needed to hear this
No matter what a post on tumblr tries to tell you, your moral and ethical stances will never be determined by what you reblog and what you scroll past. Don’t let manipulation tactics force you into doing anything you don’t want to do.

I will support!
Welcome to the Treefort!
some ground rules to follow by!
1. Be nice, no inappropriate asks(though slight suggestive themes aren't a problem just keep it to the older part of the cast!)
2. It will take time to reply so if you haven't gotten answered yet I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN I JUST NEED TIME!!
3. I might not draw replies often and will use text instead to not get burned out from drawing
4. The general DNI:(,transphobic, racism, etc) don't even think about it I will block!!
What IS welcomed here however!
Ask the cast questions like what they do or anything :]
is Anon asks and in character ask(just tag said ask with reference!)
Currently we have available to ask(will update here and there!)
Medic(Lance Herz)
Sniper(Chancy Croley)
Engineer(Dallas Yeager)
tags:
#Cupcakes n fruitpunch(general art tag)
#Treefort au(general tag)
#The admins console (out of character) when out of character it will also be in "this color"

I need this!
Things Real People Do in Dialogue (For Your Next Story)
Okay, let’s be real—dialogue can make or break a scene. You want your characters to sound natural, like actual humans talking, not robots reading a script. So, how do you write dialogue that feels real without it turning into a mess of awkward pauses and “ums”? Here’s a little cheat sheet of what real people actually do when they talk (and you can totally steal these for your next story):
1. People Interrupt Each Other All the Time In real conversations, nobody waits for the perfect moment to speak. We interrupt, cut each other off, and finish each other's sentences. Throw in some overlaps or interruptions in your dialogue to make it feel more dynamic and less like a rehearsed play.
2. They Don’t Always Say What They Mean Real people are masters of dodging. They’ll say one thing but mean something totally different (hello, passive-aggressive banter). Or they’ll just avoid the question entirely. Let your characters be vague, sarcastic, or just plain evasive sometimes—it makes their conversations feel more layered.
3. People Trail Off... We don’t always finish our sentences. Sometimes we just... stop talking because we assume the other person gets what we’re trying to say. Use that in your dialogue! Let a sentence trail off into nothing. It adds realism and shows the comfort (or awkwardness) between characters.
4. Repeating Words Is Normal In real life, people repeat words when they’re excited, nervous, or trying to make a point. It’s not a sign of bad writing—it’s how we talk. Let your characters get a little repetitive now and then. It adds a rhythm to their speech that feels more genuine.
5. Fillers Are Your Friends People say "um," "uh," "like," "you know," all the time. Not every character needs to sound polished or poetic. Sprinkle in some filler words where it makes sense, especially if the character is nervous or thinking on their feet.
6. Not Everyone Speaks in Complete Sentences Sometimes, people just throw out fragments instead of complete sentences, especially when emotions are high. Short, choppy dialogue can convey tension or excitement. Instead of saying “I really think we need to talk about this,” try “We need to talk. Now.”
7. Body Language Is Part of the Conversation Real people don’t just communicate with words; they use facial expressions, gestures, and body language. When your characters are talking, think about what they’re doing—are they fidgeting? Smiling? Crossing their arms? Those little actions can add a lot of subtext to the dialogue without needing extra words.
8. Awkward Silences Are Golden People don’t talk non-stop. Sometimes, they stop mid-conversation to think, or because things just got weird. Don’t be afraid to add a beat of awkward silence, a long pause, or a meaningful look between characters. It can say more than words.
9. People Talk Over Themselves When They're Nervous When we’re anxious, we tend to talk too fast, go back to rephrase what we just said, or add unnecessary details. If your character’s nervous, let them ramble a bit or correct themselves. It’s a great way to show their internal state through dialogue.
10. Inside Jokes and Shared History Real people have history. Sometimes they reference something that happened off-page, or they share an inside joke only they get. This makes your dialogue feel lived-in and shows that your characters have a life beyond the scene. Throw in a callback to something earlier, or a joke only two characters understand.
11. No One Explains Everything People leave stuff out. We assume the person we’re talking to knows what we’re talking about, so we skip over background details. Instead of having your character explain everything for the reader’s benefit, let some things go unsaid. It’ll feel more natural—and trust your reader to keep up!
12. Characters Have Different Voices Real people don’t all talk the same way. Your characters shouldn’t either! Pay attention to their unique quirks—does one character use slang? Does another speak more formally? Maybe someone’s always cutting people off while another is super polite. Give them different voices and patterns of speech so their dialogue feels authentic to them.
13. People Change the Subject In real life, conversations don’t always stay on track. People get sidetracked, jump to random topics, or avoid certain subjects altogether. If your characters are uncomfortable or trying to dodge a question, let them awkwardly change the subject or ramble to fill the space.
14. Reactions Aren’t Always Immediate People don’t always respond right away. They pause, they think, they hesitate. Sometimes they don’t know what to say, and that delay can speak volumes. Give your characters a moment to process before they respond—it’ll make the conversation feel more natural.
Important note: Please don’t use all of these tips in one dialogue at once.

more appropriate here because I am being a little more unhinged and free, I also added tech and time to this.
Hello so I am curious how you’d portray these elements and what weaknesses would you give them . (I also want to know your werewolf headcanons)
I’ll clarify what elements I’m using: Fire, Water, Earth (stone and sand specifically), Air, Plant, Beast/Animal, Ice, Electricity, Light, Darkness/Shadow, Dream, Cosmic/Space and Spirit

that's the main Resonance lore, I will be sharing more on this blog.
Operation log- 1, paradox system
So I’ve been informed that people may be confused about Ryunosuke’s fusion capabilities, well I shall explain. Chrono paradoxes or living paradoxes are a method used to temporarily allow the dead to interact with the living, though it’s more strict than spirit channeling. A certain item is required, such as my sapphire scepter, to perform the ritual in mind. I usually need the face, name and time period that the individual I’m calling is from, once called I would give them an oath to follow. Once the terms have been met, the individuals summoned will return to where they belong.
Generally I can summon at most three paradoxes at one time, and I have to have a lot of stamina to call them without help of a medium. I generally try to respect the dead as much as possible within the creation of a paradox, so I try to go for a ghost already on a haunt for particular reasons to make the call. Time is difficult to work with but it can be done.
This is all I wish to disclose for now I bid thee farewell. ~ Madam L. Sapphire

I have to have these
I’m feeling inspired by @collabwithmyself’s Ace Attorney fusion AU and @ghostryuunosuke’s take on Great Ace Attorney to make something using my love of crossovers.
So I have five fusions cooked up, for the Resonance au and I’m figuring out the specifics for designs but I have them named after mythological figures.
Metatron Edgewright- fusion of Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth, I am an enjoyer of the ship but I also think they’d fuse for their strong friendship. I also see them as the wearer of purple
Eros G. Justice- fusion of Apollo Justice and Klavier Gavin, another I just like the dynamic (ship or not)
Yuki-Onna Cykehara- fusion of Athena Cykes and Shuichi Saihara, here comes the crossover fusions. This is a silly one that I think would be supportive of the other.
Tsukiyomi Kokohodo- A half ghost fusion of Ryunosuke Naruhodo and Yuma Kokohead. I just think they’d be cool, and this fusion does require partial possession.
Icarus Hinaegi- the fusion of the ultimate hope; Makoto Naegi and the mysterious Hajime Hinata. All I know for this one is that they have a lot of issues and silliness.
Each of these fusions have emblems related to the figure too: Metatron has two diamonds overlayed to represent the cube, Eros has the heart, Yuki has a snowflake, Tsukiyomi has a moon and Icarus has the sun.

These are important
Headcanons for resonance
Phoenix has a burn scar, a lip scar and a scar on his chest from getting tased. He also has heterochromia.
Apollo and Ryunosuke also have burn scars (or had in Ryu’s case).
Supernatural abilities have a visual indicator in the eyes; such as Apollo having glowing red eyes or Athena’s eyes flashing colors while using mood matrix.
Mind tricks or mental spaces kick in when a character is extremely stuck. Hangman’s Gambit is one of these and same with logic/mind chess (however this one has an eye indicator).
Iris and Klavier have some custom abilities (Iris due to contract with the arcane spirit Persephone)
Yuma can still see ghosts even after breaking off his contract

GERMAN CHEAT SHEET FOR KLAVIER WRITERS
Is Klavier Gavin German? Is he just pretending? Who knows! I’m not here to tell you your headcanons! But I am here to say that Klavier’s in-game German (at least in AA4, I’m not touching the other games) is nearly entirely correct, so he must have some knowledge of the language. You don’t? Well I’m here to help! I’m German from a mostly German family, I have lived here for 27 of my 30 years, and I work with GER-ENG translations.
I’ve put together a whole bunch of either things I’ve seen around the fandom and would like to correct, or things I just figure might be useful for fic writers, comic writers, et cetera. If there is anything else you would like to know that isn’t in this post, feel free to drop me an ask! I’m by far not an expert on all things German, but I’ll answer to the best of my abilities.
Lastly, if this seems like way too much effort for writing about gay lawyers and you’d rather keep using Google Translate, I genuinely, wholeheartedly, cannot and do not want to stop you. German is a silly and difficult language and fanworks are supposed to be fun. If any snooty German ever gets on your case about whatever Klavier said in your work, eat them.
Now! The rest of this post will be under the cut, but here is a quick summary of what I’ll be getting into:
basics and useful phrases
du oder Sie? informal versus formal you
pet names for everyone
ways to say I love you
swearing
the thing about lederhosen
other fun things for writing German Klavier
Keep reading
