hello friend! i have completed your request below. sorry for taking so long i fell small and weak but never again! i realise this is not good request etiquette but i hope you will forgive me. i will try to do right in the future.

(Feel free to ignore lolol) regarding lovebird... what do you think they'd be like as, not exactly lovers at all, but some sort of "toxic yaoi". They're weird and scary about each other, but not in a romantic relationship in the slightest

contains toxic and manipulation and cult and stalking and a blackmail and kidnapping. that is just how they are but they are oddly chill about the horrors.

first we must establish who shrig and warren are as people.

shrignold is calm friendly and charismatic. but also very manipulative. he targets vulnerable people insisting the world and everyone is out to get them. this is something warren internalises constantly and what makes him an easy target.

warren is a skinless incel who needs others to survive. he needs friends to latch onto because he is (literally) an emotional parasite. if you show even the bittest kindness he will not leave you alone and if he hates you he will not stop until you are crushed under his tail.

shrignold provides kindness and community. something warren craves. sounds like a match made in heaven! but warren wants all the friends to himself and drives them away. he also tends to latch onto 1 specific person and in this case i think that would be shrignold.

he is the one who came and showed him warmth. he is also the leader of the friends. this makes it very important that warren cosy up to him. however shrignold is a veteran in psychological warfare and gets the vibe that warren is after something.

he would exploit this. turning him down deliberately but pushing the envelope by making him do increasingly insane tasks to 'prove his devotion'. warren would do anything to be in the graces of such a respected individual.

and i think his antics would begin to grow on shrignold after a while. but he never lets him get too close in order to string him along. i think this would frustrate warren who would begin following him to find blackmail or something.

he would discover that shrignold... kisses on his pillow! and his mirror! how scandalous. when confronted shrig says that it's perfectly normal and that he's just practicing for his special one. in fact all of his friends are permitted to display innocent affection during the sacrificial rites! nothing serious.

in fact he'll show warren right now. he'd kiss him on the lips gripping his shoulders. it's the most touch warren has felt in a long time. unfortunately shrignold leaves immediately after.

warren becomes unfathomably obsessed. this must mean something. it couldn't mean nothing. he was so into it and he just left. his stalking and pestering becomes more frequent to the point the friends start to avoid shrignold as well.

well this simply won't do. he's losing his influence! he needs to get rid of warren. he'd ask him to stay put somewhere but he's started excessively doing his own thing. this may call for drastic measures.

he could always make him stay put. or throw him into malcolm's mouth when no one is looking. but honestly he's getting attached so the former is more appealing.

and so he kidnaps warren to his little butterfly house. they are bugs so there is not much problem. unsurprisingly warren is ecstatic. he gets to live in his house? shrignold's? could do without the bindings though.

shrignold explains that he just needs warren away from everyone until he gets 'things' sorted out. surely that's understandable. but of course he starts prodding insinuating that he's trying to get rid of him.

well. maybe not. he might have some uses. nothing malcolm wouldn't approve of of course.

phew what a sweat! all the important posts are in their rightful location. the others are just useless stuff not important.

so what happens now? well since i started putting that red thing everywhere nobody has been interacting. which is worrying because are there any adults in this fandom at all?

my goal is to reach likeminded friends and provide entertainment! well i'll just have to keep going.

incredible news.

i have 2 friends now. this calls for a 2 friends special! have this very special picture of disembodied the duck inflating yellow one's nose for making too many monkey noises.

first time trying colour for the occasion.
