The mask thing I was talking about yesterday for Tomás! Also don't mind the stains, he was hungry.

I wanted to make his mask more into the "uncanny valley". Cus like imagine seeing this at night, be it in a forest or in the corner of your room.

Also, I was doing some redesigns for Clementine's mask to make it look more fox-like [like it will have ears and all]. However, having 2 animal masks for characters who had no prior connection to each other didn't sit well with me for some reason. So I decided to pick Tomás to have a more "human" shaped mask.

Once again, I am playing around with their design, but not too much tho

Just added a jacket and some glasses and changed the hair and eye color. Also!

[Note: They did not die at the age depicted in the image [late 160s] they died much, much earlier than that.]

Some time ago I mentioned doing a recolor of their alt design and here it is! I wanted them to have a more "natural" fur/feather color bc his species evolved to be that way to survive on the mortal plane.

[oh btw I need to make a post on this but basically originally some thousands of years ago his species came from an afterlife-like plane of existence where the dead, reapers and other "life" natural to it reside. They came to this plane to experience life and after a couple generations and conflicts with humans, Nyx, Orion and their parents are the only ones left [to their knowledge]].

As for the eye change and the text in the image, I wanted his eyes to match up with Kathrine's and Tomás', with them being blue or blue-ish and all. His eyes are naturally gray.

Also, not too long from now I'm going to show a new concept for Tomás' mask in his Hunter design. I have some reasons as to why but I'll explain that then.

Obligatory not dead post lol.

However, I'm the process of giving Nyx (And by extension Orion) a slightly major redesign (just in colour palette and giving them more fur around the face) which said changes will be explained when it is shown. I'm also going to give more info on Spatium, Materia and Tempus and their relations to their corresponding delegates.

I'm also trying to get back into answering some asks, specifically one about Lucía. Plus giving the SDA crew a fresh coat of paint and revealing a new character who's a close friend of Nyx in the SDA plot line and a little bit before it, but not during the timeline of BML. Also also, I was finally able to get back into writing a proper draft of a chapter of it and moving onto the next one, cleaning up any details as I go. I'm also working more on the character relationships (like platonic, romantic, familial, how close or distant or how healthy or toxic it is, etc.) and I'm planning on doing more research on the time period and what life was like then (though it might not be completely accurate considering what the town is like). When I'm done, I do an overall cleanup of the story and I should be able to actually get to making a comic or something out of it!

But yeah, I'm still here and will be posting art, sorry for the sudden silence!

They are already selling data to midjourney, and it's very likely your work is already being used to train their models because you have to OPT OUT of this, not opt in. Very scummy of them to roll this out unannounced.

I sometimes had the urge to pat Nyx in the head also hugging them too, but I am short even though I'am in a average height.

(I wanna pat Tomas too but I am much sacred he'll possibly chase me with a weapon. As for Katherine I don't think she's ever going to allowed it soo-)

Updated the language chart thing for Nyx and 2-3 notable others [3 if you count Tomás]!

Finally came up with a name for their species as well [fun fact: the origin of their species is unclear and there are only 4 around and are long-living].

Changed up the pronunciation of some of the letters as well but the letters themselves remain the same. Also this is an English based variation.
