Piggie Update 6/22/19

This post is about Sugar's birthday! Based on her age based on her weight, she's about a month and a half old. So I've decided that her birthday is April 14th! These are the birthdays for all my pigs so far.

Athena: February 19th

Marisa: May 23rd

Bee and BunBun: December 7th

Sugar: April 14th

I got a new baby!

Yesterday I adopted a new guinea pig! She's a beautiful baby pink eyed white guinea pig, and I've named her Sugar. She's the cutest, I love her so much

Piggie Update 5/24/19

I want to post the birthdays of the piggies! Keep in mind these are not their real birthdays, I’m just going off of how old they are approximately and used a number generator to pick the day. Athena’s is February 19th, Marisa’s is May 23rd (That was yesterday!), and Bee and BunBun’s is December 7th :)

guinea pigs are perfect creatures here’s why

- soft and nice fur.

- can go from round ball to fur noodle in the blink of an eye.

- they purr.

- tiny soft rodent feet/paws that you can hold.

- lil chirping noises.

- very kissable snout. 10/10

- make the cutest chewing noises when they eat. a very calming sound.

- foldy and floppy little ears.

- beautiful button eyes that shine.

- the way they lift their heads and sniff the air when there’s food on the way.

- the way they lie flat like pancakes after you’ve pet them for a while.

- the way they run and jump around when they’re happy.

- soft belly.

- they sniff your hand to greet you.

- overall adorable and great. 10/10.

Guest Mention #1

I'll be making a few posts about my other pets here, and my first one is an introduction post about my mice! I have three beautiful girls that I've had since Valentine's Day. I had four but one passed away recently (picture of her at the end)

The first photo is Florin, the white mouse. She's the sweetest and most sociable.

Next is Violet, the spotted one. She's the most frightened of the three, but the most curious

Next is Noire, and she's the shy one

And lastly is Brisby, and she was greyish with a white stripe. She passed away last month and she was the most spazzy mouse I've ever seen, but I loved her anyways

There will be occasional updates and pictures of these little babies too 🐁❤

Gotcha Days

This is mostly just for me to have a note of it, but I would like to remember the days I got all of my guinea pigs. I got both Marisa and Athena on April 11th, and I got Salem and Bee on April 25th. Thankfully that should be easy to remember. @shittyspud take note, they will probably want some treats from their Banana.

New Pig Update :)

It's finally time to announce the names of my new piggies! I've given them a few days to adjust to their new home, but I've had some trouble getting good pictures of them so bear with me.

This seems to be the younger of the two guinea pigs, if not then just smaller. They're hard to tell apart, but if you can tell from the pictures, this one has a slightly thinner stripe of white on her face. I've named her BunBun

The next one is still really scared, so I had to take her picture from inside her cage. I've had a lot of trouble deciding a name, but after a few days of contemplating I decided to name her Bee 🐝

I love them so much and am glad I had the chance to adopt them and give them a new home

Thought it would be sweet and sentimental to post my adopted pigs' SPCA listings. I adopted them for ten dollars each, and at thirty dollars that was still cheaper than the 40 dollars I paid for Athena at the pet store. I'm proud to know that I've adopted three piggies and given them a big cage and nice family with home, with lots of love and treats ((especially from their Nana Bailey (dubbed 'Banana') @shittyspud)). Names and more pictures of the new pigs coming soon.

UPDATE!

I have adopted two more guinea pigs! There was a bonded pair of two female black and white guinea pigs at my local SPCA, and they were just calling my name. Pictures are coming soon (my foot is injured and I can’t walk very well). Expect pictures within the next few days, as well as names :)
