i’m back yall, tw for deep thinking and shit like that wtv

so i’ve been gone for while, im on the 92 writing this rn but i’d rather write to the internet than be mindless consuming content for a change. today was really cool, i met up with the girl who i love the most, had a bite w her shopped around, and hung out. to be honest having my love around, she’s been one of the few people who’ve helped me stay out of the dark slums of overthinking and the dark valleys of doubt. however the last few months or so (however long i’ve been mia) life’s been a little rocky. i moved, wrapped my first year of college up, and i’ve been dealing with mental stuff in the solitude of my new room, i been stressed of things that are bound to happen; and things that’s been dealt with for a while. my minds been wandering too much lately and hopefully writing things out will help me consolidate my thoughts. i know those in my life mean well, but they’ll never really get me. i love these people more than they could ever know and it sucks knowing that my disposition gives another vibe. and touching on how i am with. i been collecting pokemon cards again, i really don’t know what to write about without coming off as whiney or needy for internet attention. i hope whoever reads this has a good weekend and has a tasty dinner tonight, skor sees u.

-modded new 3ds xl (has all the games i could possibly want with custom themes)

-plague blvd lanyard with my apartment key and fob with a bunch of keychains that describe my personality well i think

-a portable charger that can full charge my phone like two and a half times without charging it, obv i had to customize it cause im not boring

-wallet with some money and cards and most importantly a photo of my second half

-sony linkbud s’s, these are good for what you pay for; i say that cause the left one is acting shoddy but whatevs im cool

-graff supplies, a scribe, a hand mixed streak, a steel tip, and a bunch of my stickers that needa be put up asap

- and lastly the fisheye lense i took the photo with, it was a birthday gift from my girlfriend and i should use it more honestly it makes super dope pictures

alr i’m back nerds and today i wanna yap about a franchise that’s super close to me and i feel like i should disclaim that im not some super fan or even a big member in this community anymore but i wanna yap a bit about splatoon and how much it influenced me overall. so when the first game came out on the wii u i played hours upon hours of it, fuck i even memorized maps better than my neighborhood. but the reason i’m bringing up these games is cause of how much they influenced my art style as well, if it wasn’t for the splatoon games i don’t think i would find much interest in graffiti. i know it sounds stupid or whatever but im being serious i remember when i was younger i would throw the games just to look at all the art they had around the maps, eventually i tried to copy it and then make it my own (obv it look bad cause i was like 14 trying to copy some made up language in graffiti) but fast forward to now. i’m still trying out new things to make my graffiti stand out on the street and i still often reference splatoons art for some things i could take away and make look cooler, i don’t think i can link a song down cause it’s not on spotify but one song that’s stuck with me from the games is #8-regret by Dedf1sh, it’s from the dlc from the second game and it resonates with me cause of how contradictory it is to the average music you’d find throughout the games, it’s lax and lowkey and doesn’t have any lyrics of any kind. to be honest i often throw this on whenever im working on a sketch or whatever art thing i’m chippin away at. anyways i hope yall had a good week i know i had a good one, let’s hope the next one is better; if anyone’s reading this i love you and you got this (whatever it may be) and try your best cause that’s all you got. ttyl tumblr nerds.

if you haven’t gathered by my profile picture i do graffiti, not super well but it’s a hobby of mine that’s stuck since freshman year of hs (i’m a freshman in college now)

working on procreate on my ipad is a super convenient way for me to squeeze some tags out in between classes but it doesn’t fully satisfy my vandal urges but it’ll have to do till winter break in a week i suppose.
