Overview

Yuki is a sassy and artistic sophomore at Hatchetfield High, but not every thing about her is completely ordinary. She has a small quirk that sets her apart from many other students, or as some would say, a touch of the gift

She originally used her impeccable knack for impressions to get out of white lies or get annoying people off her back, until a certain man in cowboy attire noticed her using her skill to ward off a Karen at Mrs Retro’s—her part time job—by successfully pulling off a fake phone call with her boss

Nailing her boss’s voice would’ve been impressive enough, but she also perfectly replicated all of the sound effects you would usually hear from a phone call. Let’s just say he was quite shocked. He asked to talk to her and offered her a job, which she accepted, not expecting it to become such a big part of her life

She told her principal that her dad had won partial custody and lived in Clivesdale, so she may be sporadically gone from school. This was only partially true, her father living a couple minutes from her mom, not on the mainland. But, a citizen of Hatchetfield’s ears turn off as soon as they hear the word “Clivesdale”. So they believed the fib without a second thought, albeit a bit of pity for her

When using the mind milk in the ring, her impressions go from oral to physical as well. Whoever she is using it on hears and sees her as the one they care about most, with no disregard for reality. This explains the fighting alias “Bunraku”, a form of Japanese puppet theatre. She doesn’t do anything violent with her power, usually just asking her opponent to step out of the ring, which they always do

In her first couple months she quickly rose her way to the top, holding the champion spot for a while, earning the respect and even friendship of Eddie (don’t tell him I said that). Being friends with Eddie, she naturally grew a distain for Charles

Good things can’t last forever though, and she finally got beaten out when Sophie arrived, who you can imagine didn’t let her get a single word out. They became friends though, and she introduced Sophie to Daniel, who she’d fought first a couple months beforehand and befriended instantly

When she’s not busy fighting other kids in a secret fighting ring (yknow, girly girl things), she loves to spend time at the pottery wheel and spreading gossip around the school. Most of her school friends are a couple years older than her, including Stacy and Brenda, although she had spoken with Hannah a couple times even when she wasn’t Yellow Jacket

Hi, this is OOC @lilacquintet talking! After a bit of consideration I decided to finally share my Hatchetfield OC with Tumblr. This post will consist of a character bio, the format for the blog, and rules for interactions/content. Unlike any other RP blog I’ve run, this will also act as a social media for Yuki, so she can reblog things and make posts pertaining to her! Hope you like her!
