I am back again with doctor who lore! Apperently as a prommotion for new-who, the BBC ran a real equivalent website of the site rose finds in "Rose"- "Have You Seen This Man?"- where users, both fake and real (it allowed you to submit entries, but was moderated) described footage they found of the ninth doctor or meeting they had with him.

Here is an example page on the wayback machine, here are all the entries and images in TARDIS Wiki, and here are some of my personal favorites from what I read so far (I'm at around 50 out of 138, stopped to make the post) :
