#prev of course#but come on people shit’s been stinking in this band for AGES#they are obviously not only moving in different artistic directions but in different life styles too#and although The Car is probably my favorite album of theirs — it’s not Arctic Monkeys#it’s maybe a little teaser for what Alex would’ve done ‘by himself’ at the time#and the last tour was a fucking shitshow… not because their playing they are excellent as always#but because of the whole ‘WAGS’ business and Matt Amanda and L**ise being the only social media spokesmen for the group#and creating this whole image for the band that Alex Jamie and Nick basically have no say in#PEOPLE PUSHING FORTY ACTING LIKE FUCKING TEENAGERS#(could you see i cannot stand the sight of the Throuple? lol)#genuinely no one looked at home this last tour… nor the one before that…#except for the obvious musical chemistry; that could’ve been four strangers playing on those stages#i’ve never seen them live 😃fuck me#but that’s okay… i’ll se TLSP live one day right?……………right?#if Dublin really was their last show for the foreseeable future - Miles was there to close it with them!#and that is very pleasing for my heart#arctic monkeys

Hey gcest besties. I shared this on a discord at some point, but I figured it can only help to crowd-share among other Gallagher fans, as I'm sure @elise-51-blog and I have done a lot but I'm sure there are mistakes.
When I started my Gallagher bros. writing, I kept having to look up dates, so sister and I decided to have an active ongoing document and just put try and make a comprehensive timeline so we could keep things straight in the fics! This is a 'public' Google docs, it should be set to allow comment. Feel free to 'add' the document to your "My Drive" for your own use. Just comment changes, leave links to support your suggestions.
Note: This is all "IRL" so this isn't speculative, this timeline is for actual events as best we can know them. We've used online sources as well as Paul Gallagher's book, Paolo Hewitt, etc.
