Mugman chews his straw, typically, but he'll also bite his nails sometimes. Cuphead on the other hand typically paces and rants, even if he's alone, because he needs to vocally hear things in order to figure things out if he's actually going to use his brain.

Hi! Just wanted to ask, what's Grey Face Magic? I keep hearing it being brought up but I don't know what it is!

((This blog is still "dead" but maybe the DLC will fix that, but for now I'm more active on my AA blog, @xmfxne But to answer your question, "Grey Face Magic" is what I referred to as anon magic for, well, magic anons. In my personal lore, "Grey Faces" were powerful Inkwellian residents that could twist and turn and alternate reality in anyway their heart desires, but they could only do so temporarily. This was my excuse to throw my muses into fun and exciting scenarios with little to no context or plotting needed, especially if one of those things changed something about a muse completely, such as a character's height, species, or even taking away their permanent or natural magic powers. Sure, this could be done via drinking the wrong potion or maybe Djimmi being a goof, but using "Grey Faces," or Anons, was a fun way to get everyone in on some action, even if they didn't role play, like if all they did was read my threads or drabbles, they could still interact with my muses for better or for worse via the anon option, and they could cast spells and magic anons on my muse(s) to keep things interesting.

That being said, it's nothing canon, just an excuse to have some fun! I wrote for Cuphead from the end of 2016 to the beginning of 2020, so I had ample time to make and create my own lore and world building junk that would probably not be touched on in the comics/DLC.
