I've been here for a month, and they are letting me teach the new undergrad... It's honestly funny with how much they trust me (although I know next to nothing). Anyway I think I did the entire experiment wrong, but I already went home so I'll have to see tomorrow if I did or not.

Did some chemistry revision two days ago on bonding and structure. CGP makes the best revision books ngl.

Managed to finish revising for 3 topics out of 5 for chemistry yesterday. Need to the last two today then do Paper 2 English lit revision aka hell.

Total study time yesterday: 7hrs

💐 19.04.2025 // I went to the countryside for the weekend!! Went biking for an hour and studied for around an hour! I studied some pharmacology and some japanese :) I'm very tired physically but I'm satisfied with my day 🩷🩷

08/05 - I struggled a lot today. I couldn't focus on anything and just wanted to go to bed, but my exam is tomorrow so it's not exactly an option. Slightly proud of myself for not giving up on today. Hey, maybe i'm finally developing some of that "willpower" thing :)

A mess of notebooks and papers. I've taken to organizing them in multiple piles across my floor. Somewhere slowly functionality over aesthetics has taken over life. My various fragile and beautiful fountain pens swapped for a sturdy indestructible rotring 600 ballpoint. Beautifully kept notebooks exchanged for loose sheets of paper flouncing around. To some extent, I do miss the enforced slowness of the other tools. At the same time, I've always had an aesthetic obsession which has often been suffocating. It has been nice to let go.
