Fun fact: These are the only times she´s mentioned in connection with the name Baskerville. She isn´t called "Lady Baskerville" even once in the entire game, it´s as much of a fan name as any first name people give her.

And since the Baskervilles were gentry not nobility, it´s that she was never "Lady" Baskerville to begin with and we´re all calling her by a completely false title

It´s funny that the name she´s known as in the fandom is "Baskerville" in the first place when it should be "Lady van Zieks". She´s never called that either, but they were married after all, so given the time period, she definitely had his last name when she died
