The last of the robot pack. Red Pepper. Here we have hand made fresh smoke paprika pasta in a savory red pepper custard topped with pan fried salted pepper strips

Today’s ingredient is yellow peppers. We oven poached them together with a fillet of hake in #savanna Dry cider, Once cooked we removed the fish and poured the left over broth and yellow peppers into a frying sauce pan with butter to create this amazing sauce. Fish is served with parboiled then roasted potatoes and carrots.
