phew, this one took me some time. this lot includes a coffee shop with outdoor seating both in the front and back! beside the coffee shop is an office/workplace building, where you can have your sims “go to work”, especially if they’re in the freelance career. the workplace building includes a reception area, a small office, a tiny gym, and a restroom all on the bottom floor. on the top floor there’s the cubicals, a staff room, and a small lunch room.

64x64, recreation center lot type, i have all packs except the star wars one, no cc, please place using move objects on! it was built on the 64x64 lot in san sequoia. playtested!!

i wanted a community college for san sequoia so i made one. there's classrooms, a pool, a gym, a library, a sad student lounge, a community garden, a culinary classroom. the second floor is entirely empty so there's room to add whatever else you want, if you like. but overall, i think it should give your sims a place to learn a variety of skills 😊 disclaimer is i built this for myself, it isn't perfect and i'm not a builder but it'll get the job done for my gameplay. also the big tree at the front clips with the second floor of the building, it doesn't bother me but just in case. tou is don't be a dick. more pics under the cut

the san sequoia family center;

a recreation center for san sequoia! vaguely inspired by this french school i found on pinterest. the lot includes a gym, an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor splash pads, a basketball court, music and art rooms, a yoga studio, a board game room, a cafeteria, and some other stuff i’m probably forgetting 😅 it’s pretty safe to say that you should have PLENTY to do here. there are a few graphical issues caused by my commitment to good lighting, but i’ve listed them under the cut alongside some solutions. enjoy!

required packs: i own all of the packs and used most of them, but some included cc items require eco lifestyle and city living at the bare minimum. obviously, growing together is also required for the lot type

This build is a very densely packed lot. So while the cc list isn't much longer than my other builds it might take a minute to load however, if you are frequent user of cc this shouldn't be an issue but if there are any problems please let me know! I've tried my best to make sure your sims could properly route through all the areas but you know...

The chateau was designed to be a hotel, restaurant and wedding venue for my Paris save however, I've left the floorplan pretty loose. The hotel rooms and the wedding suite are the only specifically designated areas but please feel free to customize it to suit your game!
