My Journey
In this world full of advancement, it is quite hard to think for new ideas for the improvement of the society because almost all the possible methods have already been established specifically emphasizing on the enhancement of the daily activities of the humanity. However, despite the existence of these new ideas, innovation and improvement are continuously in demand as the gaps between these things are still noticeable. Things may be getting advance but they pose threat to many aspect and that includes the resources of the humanity to afford those solutions. That is why, there is a need for the modifications and innovation to those existing solutions to allow people who are less fortunate especially in terms of financial status to still avail such services without giving them burden financially.
Perfection has never been our aim. For as long as we are able to defend our project and prove that the project we are proposing is for the beneficiary of everyone, we are good. The whole process of the project that we chose to conduct is a rollercoaster to be considered. We go through ups and downs and full effort is really important to successfully conduct the things that are needed to be conducted. One of the things I learned during the whole process of the project is that we should always know how to manage well our time. This is very time consuming and what was being planned will not always happen plus the fact that the time you allotted may exceed beyond due to possible sudden occurrences. Correspondingly, there should always be a second option or a plan B in case things won’t go according to plan.
Further, I realized that high patience with understanding is also very important to ensure that there will be no unnecessary occurrence of misinterpretation and fight among the members of the group. I also realized that it is very important that you know enough the members of the group because this will allow you to identify each of their strengths and weaknesses which will be so useful in assigning the task in relation the project. This will also allow the other members to be aware of their characters which I believe an important thing to be aware of.
The hypothesis of the group was once been mentioned on my last blog including the testing of the hypothesis and the result of it, and as a sort of recollection, let me state those data again.
Null Hypothesis
There is no significant effect of having delivery inside the CMU in the students’, faculties’ and residents’ daily activities and in the income of habal habal drivers.
Alternative Hypothesis
There is a significant effect of having delivery inside the CMU in the student’s, faculties’ and residents’ daily activities and in the income of habal habal drivers.
There are a lot of ways in conducting hypothesis testing, but my group decided to choose the most feasible one which is the interview. The interview was being conducted to the students, faculties and residents inside the CMU to assess if there is a need for the project to be develop and to anticipate the feasibility and the appropriateness of the project to the setting especially to the people who will benefit it. Fortunately, almost the people we interviewed agreed to the idea of the project. Some even verbalized “ ay mayo kayo na kay, kapoy kayo muadtog market para lang mupalit sa gamit nga among kinahanglan” (that’s really a good idea because it’s too tiring to go at the market just to buy the our needs), “sige I proposed na ninyo nga project kay beneficial kayu na sa mga students, especially sa mga lagyo ug colleges” (Go, and conduct that project because that’s very beneficial to the students especially to those colleges that are far from the market) and many more. We also interviewed the habal habal drivers and generally, they agreed to the idea because they could have an extra income to the project making them way more productive in their everyday living. The stores were also interviewed especially those who are being associated by the project and they said that it’s a good idea because it can add to their income and customers.
Based on the gathered responses as a way of testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that our null hypothesis had been rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of having delivery inside the CMU in the student’s, faculties’ and residents’ daily activities and in the income of habal habal drivers which is our alternative hypothesis is fighting for. Thereafter, our group decided to choose the only option, to continue the project and aim for a big difference in Central Mindanao University.
After all the hardships, blood, sweat and tears that we invest in the project, at last, everything has  come to an end, an end full of worthiness, happiness and accomplishment. It is the time that we appreciate the product of our labor. I am so thankful that despite numerous hindrances that came in our way, we are able to overcome it. A special recognition to my group for being so hardworking within this project: Mikaela Yssabelle Bornales, Shein Marl Cantos, Rik Harold Gatpandan, Ben Densing and Daryl Angel Olvis.  And to our instructor Miss Leanne Aireca Tumaroy, thank you very much ma’am for a never ending guidance and support to all the groups. Above all, I thank God for giving us the strengths that we need to conduct the project and for the guidance and knowledge that he bestowed in the group. Lastly, I thank myself for the hardwork and the courage to continue this journey. Everything about this project may came to an end, but I believe that every time a door closes, a new door will open, a door that will not only give us a new challenge but also a new opportunity to develop and enhance our selves for the better cause. And, now I am ready to conquer whatever may come in my way. I am brave, tough, and absolutely ready to FACE THE NEW CHAPTER OF MY JOURNEY.

I'm On My Way
These past few weeks had been so challenging for us students in conducting this project that we are pursuing because we are loaded with so much works with other subjects plus the fact that it really needs so much time for it to be conducted successfully. But despite of the hindrances and barricades, we successfully conducted our planned actions and activities as part of the group’s project.
As a review, our project is entitled “Beezy”. This is a project that proposes the presence of a delivery service inside the Central Mindanao University to aid the students, faculties, and residents in their daily activities and to further allow them manage their time efficiently. Apart from that, it is also the aim of the group’s project to make another way for the habal habal drivers to have an extra income for their own benefit. One of the important components of making a project or even a research studies is the hypothesis. According to Wigmore (2017), in a scientific setting, a hypothesis is a tested assertion on the relationship between two or more variables or a theory put up to explain observed phenomena. The hypothesis is a succinct statement of the researcher's expectation of the study's findings, which may or may not be confirmed by the results, in a scientific experiment or study. The scientific method's central step is hypothesis testing. Correspondingly the hypothesis of the groups proposed project are as follows: Null Hypothesis
Aside from testing the hypothesis, there is also a Lecture Series that is being conducted by the subject. This Lecture series aims to guide us students in making the project and that includes the important considerations, and the things that are expected to accumulate throughout the process. There are actually many good points that are being emphasized by the speakers during the lecture series but the thing that leaves in my head is the idea that when conducting such projects, researches or studies, failure is very likely to occur and it is very common. I realized that, that thought pose a big sense. Indeed, in order for a project to be successful it must be toughen by failures. I also believe that these failures will make us more eager to continue the project or in simple sense, it will motivate us. Correspondingly, when we tend to experience failure as we go along with the process, we should not be sad or let our self be depressed just because it failed. We should take this as our foundation to make to make more efforts because if we think deeply this is an opportunity for us to grow and develop.
Overall, the last few weeks have been extremely tiring, demoralizing, and exhausting. But even so, I managed to get through those trying weeks with amazing perseverance and by accepting my optimism. Even if things are becoming worse, I continue to stick with the route that I picked, and for that, I am grateful to God, my group, and myself. Greetings to everybody! I can now affirm that, despite the fact that things are getting harder, as long as there is improvement, I AM DOING GOOD. And indeed, I am on my way through my SUCCESS.

How Benefit Outweighs Its Disadvantage
The globe is constantly experiencing new problems. Facilities, institutions, and infrastructure are expanding along with the population, which presents both opportunities and challenges for humanity. However, there is no need to worry because humans possess indisputable intelligence, and every generation is encouraged to produce a range of inventions, innovations, solutions, and project ideas that will help with the society's current problems as well as further the development of the entire planet.
According to the interview we did, one issue that our group hopes to solve is the students' inability to conveniently buy the things they need. Being that Central Mindanao University is quite large, getting to your destination inside the campus does take some time unless you're being driven by a rela (a four-wheel vehicle that is designed to transport students inside the university and is provided for a fee), which can be quite time-consuming for a student who is taking a regular load of classes. Given that students' breaks don't last long enough for them to travel more than a few meters from their colleges, these shortages include nearby canteens for students' food, particularly on each campus, as well as shops for academic supplies like printing shops. We worked with the group to come up with a solution that is less expensive and would benefit the clients or the customer and the group since providing them with the facilities they need close to their universities is not that realistic and takes a lot of time to be effective. The team chose to use a Grab-like service as a solution. Students can ask what they need by texting, calling, or posting on their Facebook page. The student's requested items will be purchased by some individuals assigned to deliver and brought to the student's college within the university. Depending on the distance between the store and the college the student is in at the time the delivery arrives, the student might then pay the price of the items they were urged to buy as well as the delivery cost. This method will not only save the student time and energy, but it will also allow him or her to multitask while waiting for the delivery.
As a student, I am aware of how valuable time is. Every second feels crucial, and wasting even one would be a significant loss for my studies. Because of this, I think the group's plan is really important for saving our time and enabling us to be more productive students. In addition, kids can get their food right away rather of going to the grocery shop themselves. Overall, the proposed approach would cost students a little bit of money, but let's all consider whether the advantages it might offer students exceed any potential drawbacks. Additionally, if any of their classmates wished to receive deliveries as well, they might discuss it with them in order to avoid paying an extra delivery fee. Although there are no ideal solutions, we insist on putting out this one since we think it will benefit Central Mindanao University personnel and faculty as well as students.

Reopening What I Once Closed
Since then, I've never been great at business. I realized that I would never be able to master this skill the moment I started studying this topic in high school. To be really honest, I wonder whether that's also the reason I never paid any attention to it previously. Since I am not really into business and no matter how hard I try, I always fail, I find this topic to be rather complex and difficult to develop from myself. When I was a senior in high school, I recall that on the entrepreneurship day, my group's product had not a single sale. It was both abhorrent and dishonorable. At the time, I persuaded myself that I was never intended to be in business. However, I feel as like I'm eating my own words right now. Who would have guessed that entrepreneurship plays a role in studying nursing, right? So, the realization that entrepreneurship is still very relevant to the college curriculum I chose intrigued me. I mean, we're supposed to work at a hospital and care for patients, and the idea of entrepreneurship is…isn't it intriguing how we'll associate this topic with caring practice? After a few weeks, I'm starting to become interested in this course. I've always been interested in how the semester will unfold, from the subject's introduction to the most recent lessons. Our lecturer made a big out of the fact that this subject is really enjoyable, which is supported by our seniors' comments about the course. The group activities we will be having as we progress with the subject—which our instructor emphasizes during the introduction—finally got me excited. To be honest, it was exhausting to imagine that we would be inundated with activities, but I think it will all be worth it once we get to experience those enjoyable things. I also believe that our instructor is way too good in delivering her lessons because from the moment she started to utter a word, I know she’ll be able to convey her knowledge to us.
Due of the numerous factors that must be taken into account, entrepreneurship is in fact both enjoyable and challenging. Critical thinking, a person's ability to relate with others, resourcefulness, and the ability to recognize the requirements of the community and how a particular good or service will alter how people live are all necessary. Being an entrepreneur is challenging since there are many situations that could make you feel unqualified. As our lecturer stressed, becoming one was not a simple process. It requires a lot of confidence and tenacity because as you proceed through the process, you will run into several roadblocks before you succeed. Depending on how enthusiastic and determined you are to reaching your objective, failure is highly likely. They stated that without effort and hard work as your stepping stones, you can never experience true happiness, and I believe that is true because it seems so monotonous to accomplish a goal without running into difficulties along the way. As I previously stated, I am not in business, but I now think I will give it further thought. Our future is still uncertain because a lot of things could occur as soon as we wake up each morning. Who knows, maybe when I open my eyes in the future I want to be an entrepreneur. What I'm trying to express is that as long as we continue to live in this planet, both our skills and what we want and like can change. I'll say it again: I'm not into business. However, if I just allow myself to be open about this topic once more, I believe I will be able to appreciate its significance and, hopefully, awaken my entrepreneurial side. And yes, to make things clear, I am willing again to dwell more about the world of the Entrepreneurs.
