Hey! Here's my big long commissions post.

I'm a disabled person currently sleeping on a sofa bed due to some insurance stuff not going as planned and being left with no money to buy a new bed. It'll likely come to at least £700 as I need a new frame and mattress. I'm on disability benefits (since 2017) and my chronic pain and fatigue is intensifying due to sleeping on the sofa bed, it's very low down and not all that big enough for me, and frankly my hips, neck, and back are killing me.

Please do think of yourself and your own bills and needs first, reblogs are very appreciated and I'm so grateful for those if you can. Please priorotise your own health and bills <3

The first time it happened was the night after the burial.

He wasn’t mourning – in truth, he’d been expecting grief to hit him like a tidal wave once the burial put a full stop behind that particular chapter in Adrestian history. Family history. His story. It all blended together.

The grief didn’t come. The best he could manage was a sort of dull emptiness and brittle calm.
