Lunch to Celebrate the below !!!
We asked a couple people where the "nicest" Mexican restaurant was. I made sure I said the nicest. I said it doesn't have to be the best food, I wanted the nicest, and cleanest. ha ha. We were not disappointed.
Tumblr media
They had a very nice salad bar, and a huge meme. With almost everything from brick fired Pizza to every cut of steak.
Tumblr media
But we ended up paying for it. ha ha. We both had rather small lunches, and each had a fountain drink. It was $2 from being $60. Yikes, I don;t know how people do it ! ! !

Televator Problems !
WHAT A PAIN !!!!
This Motor Home has 4 TVs. The largest one is in the Living Room.
It is a 50" on a Televator. I goes up and down inside a cabinet.
There is another one on an adjacent wall near the Dinette that is not quite as big, then the two 32" are in the Bedroom, and the one built into the outside wall.
Tumblr media
I removed the 2 reclining swivel gliders and took off the 3 panels of the front so I could work on it. But there was no way to repair it.
The Televator that lifts the large one up and down broke.
After researching the heck out of it, I was unable to get a replacement, or any parts. It appears that THOR that built the motor home made it themselves. It was really disheartening.
It took several days and MANY trips to Home Depot.
Tumblr media
I ordered this residential TV Lift from Amazon and extend our stay in this park for now over a week so I could work on it.
The problem, was making everything fit, and sturdy enough to stay in place when traveling on rough bumpy roads. (Like in California!)
Tumblr media
I made so many install attempts and had to keep backing them out and trying something different. because the spacing would not work.
I replaced the cheap off brand TV with a higher end Samsung Q-LED.
After a couple days of engineering, building, and rebuilding, I finally got it where I think it will be good.
Tumblr media
Now to bolt down the chairs.
Tumblr media
All done and back together.

Round Table Pizza
We had not been to one in MANY years. It was very nice and clean. They had a Salad Bar that was also very well stocked and clean.

Right next to the Soda Bar, there was some kind of Beer Station. I am not sure how it worked but there was a lot of choices for beer.

Stabilizer Installed
Tumblr media
This is suppose to make handling better. I put in on in conjunction with setting the Front and Back SwayBars to the "STIFF" position.
The Stabilizer keeps the steering wheel straight. When you turn a corner, you can let go and the steering wheel swings back to straight pretty fast by itself.
It is attached to the frame on one side and the steering rack on the other, and holds the wheels straight.

Headed To California
Tumblr media
Passing over the Colorado River.
Tumblr media
Can you tell that we are in California.
Tumblr media
I have not seen a VOR Staion for a long time.
Tumblr media
We past several accidents, along the way. I was able to video this one.
Headed to the Mountain Vally RV Park
The park is on an Ari Stip, and you can go there in your RV and stay and get your Piolt License or take Glider Rides. It was very quiet except for then the planes were taking of and towing the Gliders up to altitude and lest them go.

Tumblr media
Its funny. The Motor Home looks really nice in the picture but it is VERY dirty. It photographs good. ha ha

Moving Day
We left Flagstaff and headed West. We were planning on going to Laughlin for a few days, but ended up stopping in Kingman because we wanted a nap. Ha ha. Then we have been extending here.
This is the "Time Laps" of moving day. You can see all the past months Time Lapses on our Live Camera page.
Max doesn't like travel days. He usually is in a panic.

We Moved to Village Camp RV Resort
The place is very nice and has a lot of Ammenities.
Carl and Lisa came up for the weekend and rented a cabin.
The pool is really cool. The chairs on the left are actually on in the pool on a ledge.

This was Movie on the Green Night.

We Biked to Another Park and Scouted out a New Site.
Biking up here is so pretty.
Tumblr media
We like this one and moved to Aspen Campground.
Tumblr media
We took this site. It has about the most room around it of any site in here. No close neighbors.
This is looking down into the site we decided on.
Tumblr media
Lots of room for my Solar Farm
Tumblr media
This is our view out the front windshield.
Tumblr media
I used my new Anderson Levelers. They are so much nicer than the huge metal ones that I have been hauling around for about 15 years.
They are much lighter and give you up to 7" of lift. They came with really thick and sticky rubber pads so they don't slip. That was a big issue with the metal ones. As you drove forward to get up onto them, often they would just slip forward.
The Motor Home has a one button hydraulic Level System, but sometimes it has to raise the Motor Home so far that the wheels are off the ground and I don't like that. With these you get to almost level. then the jacks just have to do a little and are more for stabilizing.
Tumblr media
I also have the Level Mate Pro System, which tells me how level we are down to .25 inch on each corner. I look at it on my phone when we are parking to make sure we start with the most level site we can get.
Tumblr media
Meanwhile,,, Kim is making Heart wreaths out of Pine Cones. ha ha.

We Rode our Bikes to Woods Canyon Lake
It is so pretty. We have rented a boat there before, and once with Trudy and Ron Keller we walked around the whole lake.
We had no idea how big it was. It took hours, and 1/2 through it started really raining. Because we didn't think it was that far, Kim had sandels on and ended up with some major blisters.
There is a little country store there that rents the boats and other water stuff.
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
When you use the Bike Trail to get to the lake you come down pretty quick, so there are a few Switch Backs. But the view is great.
Tumblr media
Max likes being out in the woods and Kim keeps thinking she is going to do some crafting with Pine Cones.

We keep getting visitors at our Camp Site where we have been dry camping.
Dry Camping: Camping in an RV with no hookups. Being self contained. No Electric, Water, or Sewer. (The Big 3)
But luckily we have a lot of those things built in. We have a 100 Gallon Fresh Water Tank, 3 Sewer Tanks, Lithium Batteries, and a pretty robust Mobile Solar Farm
