Hey I'm Sara! I participated in the WDWCP in food and beverage, and currently work in Disneyland as an attractions cast member in California Adventure. Oh, and I wrote a book :) Have a magical day!

Hi! I recently read your interview (from a while ago) with Christie from photopass. Is there any way I can contact her? She went through a very similar situation to what I'm going through now and I would love to be able to ask her some questions. Thanks!
Hi! Unfortunately it looks like Christie didn’t leave any social media contact information when she submitted her interview, and I’d rather not send her email to others without her consent. I haven’t contacted her in over a year, but I can reach out and ask if she can provide a way for you to talk to her if you’d like

Hey! I am doing the culinary program at Disney world this summer, and I was wondering if you knew how the uniforms work. I know they are provided, but do you know if they are laundered?
So I apologize if this is super late of a response, but you have two options when it comes to cleaning your costume at Disney: You can wash them yourself, or turn them in when they’re dirty and get brand new ones that costuming washed themselves. Most people just do their own laundry because going to costuming can be a pain and sometimes you can’t find costumes in your size after you return them. Hope this helps!

I thought you weren't allowed to talk about a job at Disney online? I read it in a few articles researching about working at Disney? Was that incorrect info or is it only for certain types of jobs? IDK I'm so confused
You are allowed to talk about your job, you simply aren’t allowed to share any secrets from the company or “ruin the magic”. It depends on your role and what that entails. Certain departments are more strict than others. When I published my book while I was still working at Disney, my managers knew about it, one even read it, and nothing bad happened. Don’t believe those random articles online from buzzfeed and all of that when it comes to learning about working for Disney. Only trust current and former cast members, because 90% of the time those articles over-exaggerate certain rules that they heard through rumors online.
