Capitol Hill Resident: Ellie Kennedy

Ellie Kennedy is 25 years old and comes from Asheville, North Carolina. She currently works as an intern for the White House and is said to bare a resemblance to Sophia Carson.

Her Motive:

Marlene knew about Ellie's addiction and bailed Ellie out of jail once and was blackmailing Ellie.

Her Alibi:

Ellie was at the event. She had just been standing next to Marlene when the first explosion went out but she had been arguing with Marlene about something and left the stage just seconds before.

Her Connection:

Ellie is connected to Marlene Sawyer because they are both interns in the White House.

Testimony: It's a shame that an event that was meant to celebrate something so amazing has been turned into such a dark event. While I am sad for some of those lost I can't say that I'm not sad to see one or two of them go.

Secret: Ellie Kennedy has lived in Washington her whole life. She's learned politics by watching everything around her. She's seen the scandals and learned some tips and tricks to make her escapades more interesting. She's been collecting secrets from people in the Senate and Congress since she was sixteen. How does she collect those secrets? Well it's a secret of course. Then everyone would be doing it.

Georgetown Resident: Clara Dalton

Clara Dalton is 26 years old and comes from Madison, Wisconsin. She currently works as the kindergarten teacher for Elsie Whitlow Stokes PCS  and is said to bare a resemblance to Lily Reinhart.

Her Motive:

Clara was last seen fighting with her father at the start of the event. The reason for the argument was unknown but this was not the first time that she was seen arguing with her father. She stormed off right before the explosion. 

Her Alibi:

Clara was at the event on July 4th. After a fight with her father, she stormed out of the building. She was standing outside when the explosion went off.

Her Connection:

Clara is connected to President Thomas Dalton. She is his daughter. She has also known Adam Cooley since her father became the president. He became like an uncle to her in the short period of time since her father was elected.

Testimony: I cannot believe that someone would do such a horrible thing. I know history repeats itself but I never expected that it would happen to us...to my family.

Secret: Although she seems perfect to the world, Clara actually struggles with a lot of personal demons. She is constantly anxious about keeping appearances and being America’s perfect daughter. She also struggles with anger and aggression that is getting harder for her to hide. She knows there is a darkness in her and needs to keep that hidden from the public eye.

Capitol Hill Resident: Savannah Pearson

Savannah Pearson is 22 years old and comes from Charleston, South Carolina. She currently works as a journalist for the Washington Post and is said to bare a resemblance to Gigi Hadid.

Her Motive:

Savannah admired Dinah for her hard work and all of the printouts in the paper. She was always striving to do better than Dinah, but seemed to fall short every time. A few days before the explosion, Dinah got snarky with Savannah and told her she would never be good enough to beat her writing. Savannah swore to her she’d get her back, no matter what it took. 

Her Alibi:

Savannah had been clocked in on the job, interviewing people at the amphitheater. 

Her Connection:

Savannah is connected to Dinah Hartly because Savannah always admired her work and reached out. Dinah was Savannah’s connection for her job. 

Testimony: I am speechless at what has just occurred. My heart goes out to the families, friends, and co-workers. I hope that whoever did this rots in the pits of hell. I am sick to my stomach as I think of the horrific tragedy that took place and snatched all the innocent lives with it. 

Secret: Savannah gained access to the database for the White House. All e-mails going in and coming out are accessible on her computer. She re-routed the IP address to connect back with one of the computers in the White House. Every scandal, every secret, all the plotting and planning of this event was seen. Even the sketchy e-mail that was sent to someone’s personal home e-mail from their work e-mail, explaining in detail what was to come in the next few days. Savannah had been entirely too afraid to go to the police after reading the last line of the e-mail “I know it’s you, Savannah Pearson. I know your address. If you go to the police, I will do to you what is being done tonight.” She never turned in the e-mail and acted as if nothing were to happen.

Georgetown Resident: Declan Hartley

Declan Hartley is 42 years old and was born and raised in Georgetown. He currently works as a lawyer for Wentworth and Miller and is said to bare a resemblance to Wentworth Miller.

His Motive:

Adam Cooley’s determination to tell his wife that he was having an affair with Declan. 

His Alibi:

Finishing up some last minute paperwork for one of his clients. Coworkers were present as well. 

His Connection:

Declan is connected to Dinah Hartley because he is her younger brother. He is also connected to Mr. Adam Cooley because they are having an affair.

Testimony: I personally cannot believe someone would disgrace our country, by blowing up the White House, like that. Apparently, whoever it was has no disregard for anyone other than themselves. It's one thing to want to bring about change, but killing someone is never the answer. 

Secret: Ever since Declan was younger, he’s always struggled with his sexuality and never fully accepted who he is. His inability to accept this part of him is part of the reason he became a lawyer. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Law degree. He then turned himself into a workaholic to keep from acting on his feelings for men. The only person that knows he’s gay is his sister. When Dinah begins working closely with the White House, things start to change for Declan, and he becomes involved with Adam Cooley.

NoMa Resident: Ashton Jameson

Ashton Jameson is -- years old and comes from --. He currently works as a Journalist for the Washington Post and is said to bare a resemblance to Cole Sprouse.

His Motive:

Dinah was always chosen over Ashton when it came to these kinds of events. Maybe this was the breaking point. 

His Alibi:

Was spending the day with his family, at a bbq at the time of the explosion.

His Connection:

Dinah Hartley because they worked together at the Washington Post.

Testimony: I can’t believe that on our nation's birthday, someone would do something like this. I just hope the families of the affected can have justice. Swift justice.

Secret: Though Ashton’s life on the outside looks quite normal, it is far from it. His father is the leader of a criminal gang in NoMa. Though there is no proof that Asher is an actual member of the gang, he, on occasion, provides his father with… Valuable information before it is published. His father, in turn, provides him with safety and other goods if Asher needs them. (Drugs, favors, etc..)

Georgetown Resident: Landon James

Landon James is 28 years old and comes from Baltimore, Maryland. He currently works as a District Attorney for the Supreme Court and is said to bare a resemblance to Minhyuk Kang.

[To Mom:] You don’t have to worry about him anymore, I took care of it. 

His Motive:

Landon and Hugo have known each other ever since Landon was a kid. He looked up to him for the most part as a kid but once his mother was fired from the company after rumors went around the company, he became angry that someone he looked up too would do something to his mother, the mother to his son that he recently learned was really his.

His Alibi:

He was at the event that night having a good time drinking with some friends. He also was seen leaving moments before the explosion. 

His Connection:

Landon is connected to Hugo Stanton because he is Landon's biological father and his mother’s former boss. 

Testimony: I didn’t know some of them that died and it’s sad they are gone but on the other hand some of them deserved it for ruining people's lives. I didn’t do it though, I left before it happened. I was on my way home when I heard the explosion. I was going to go back to help but I was drunk and could hardly stand up. Just because I had unresolved anger towards someone doesn’t mean I would do something like this. I’m a loyal part of the community and the justice system to do something this stupid. I’m a good guy, I’m caring, I’d do anything for anyone even if I get angry sometimes. 

Secret: When Landon started law school at Harvard he started drinking to cope with the heavy load of classwork. He was a heavy drinker throughout his whole college experience missing out on major events because of it. His drinking got worse as time went on and it made him become violent towards people who deserved it, mostly those who hurt him in his life. With the rumors going around about his family, it made his anger get the best of him and he’s on the verge of doing more damage than he should.

Capitol Hill Resident: Olivia Cooley

Olivia Cooley is 25 years old and comes from Washington DC. She currently works as the Spokesperson for the National Security Agency and is said to bare a resemblance to Alena Shishkova.

Her Motive:

Her father didn’t believe her when she mentioned the note to him. He brushed off her worry before reminding her that if the NSA director was not worried that she shouldn’t be either.

Her Alibi:

She was at the amphitheater with her mother.

Her Connection:

Olivia is connected to Adam Cooley because she is his daughter. She is also connected to the President because of her father working for him. 

Testimony: You are seriously asking me for a statement right now? My dad is in there! Have you found him? The last time I seen him he was shepherding the fucking president. Find my dad and then we'll talk. 

Secret: Olivia has a vendetta against the Director of National Intelligence. She blames him for her father dying. He could have intervened and taken her warning seriously. Instead, he brushed her off and this was the result. Since the death of her father, Olivia was moved from a data processor to spokesperson for the NSA. She once would have died for the opportunity. Unfortunately, she only got it because her father died. Olivia has yet to quit her job only because this new position gives her access to Capital Hill. She had been able to quietly make connections with people that will allow her to get rid of the Director.

Capitol Hill Resident: Tucker Haynes

Tucker Haynes is 25 years old and comes from Casper, Wyoming. He currently works as the owner of the Tavern of Time and is said to bare a resemblance to Nick Jonas.

[To Princess:] I have to work late, I’ll be home in few hours give the kids a kiss for me. I love you.

His Motive:

Tucker and Dinah were frenemies, he blamed her for the death of his sister, Jasmine. A couple nights before the party Dinah came into his bar and the two had a few drinks, and he let it slip that it should have been her that was murdered instead of his sister.

His Alibi:

Tucker was at his bar working the night of his explosion. He was supposed to be home with his wife and kids, however, one of his employees happened to call out sick so he had to fill in.

His Connection:

Tucker is connected to Dinah Hartley, who was his older sister’s coworker and best friend. Three months ago, Jasmine was murdered while helping Dinah with a story. However, Tucker found something fishy about Dinah’s version of what happened and stayed ‘friends’ with her in order to learn the truth about what happened to his sister.

Testimony: I have never hugged my wife and our two kids the way I did the moment I found out what happened. Life is precious as we’ve all learned today. My well wishes to those that have been injured. I hope everyone has a speedy recovery and to Dinah’s family I extend my condolences she was a good woman is now dancing with my sister wherever they are. 

Secret: When Tucker and his wife were on a break after their son was born, he ended up going to a bar and got blackout drunk. As he was leaving the bar, he seen a girl that looked a lot like his wife with another man and started picking a fight. This is when things get a little foggy. All Tucker remembers is that the two men were yelling at each other and the girl was screaming the next thing he knew he was throwing the guy out of the bar’s front window. The next morning he woke up inside of a bathtub naked and face down.

Capitol Hill Resident: Autumn Haynes

Autumn Haynes is 23 years old and comes from Casper, Wyoming. She currently works as the Owner of Sweet Sensations Bakery and is said to bare a resemblance to Demi Lovato.

Her Motive:

Marlene and Autumn Ended up working together an interns for a few months before Autumn opened up her own Bakery shop, always being jealous of Autumn one step ahead, the two got into a fight hours before the party where Marlene told Autumn she was going to black mail her, and make her husband leave, and be with her.

Her Alibi:

Autumn was home with her kids, she was supposed to be in attendance of the Party that night, but couldn't find a babysitter on such short notice. 

Her Connection:

Autumn is connected to Hugo Stanton, he was her fathers best friend growing up, and also Autumn's God-father. When Autumn was 14 and lost both her parents in a fatal Car-wreck, Hugo took her in and raised her as his own. 

Testimony: It makes me sick that someone can do so much harm physically and emotionally to so many people, I hope whom ever did this is caught. My heart goes out to the families that lost someone they love that night, and I miss you so much Hugo, thank you for everything you ever did for me after I lost my parents, I feel like I am losing them all over again. Rest in paradise.

Secret: During the time of Autumn and Tucker being split up, Autumn found herself sinking into a deep hole. Needing fast money she then started getting in with the wrong crowd, selling drugs on the side. Finding herself involved with someone she worked with, she ended up sleeping with him. After that night, he began to abuse Autumn. Wanting to get herself and her son out of a horrible situation, she used some of the drugs she was selling and slipped a decent amount into his food, before also pouring him a few drinks. Between the mix of the drugs and alcohol, Autumn had Hugo help cover it up to making it look like the man had over-dosed taking his own life and claimed she was asleep when all of this happened. No one ever finding out the truth, she then ended up moving hotels once more as she stopped running drugs, and decided to work things out with Tucker, wanting a clean way of living to support their son.

Georgetown Resident: Jackson Ripley

"Sometimes the best hiding place is the one in plain sight." 

Jackson Ripley is 33 years old and comes from Charleston, South Carolina. He currently works as a special agent for the United States Secret Service and is said to bare a resemblance to Sebastian Stan.

[To Grace:] I hacked into your schedule for the afternoon and “accidentally” erased all of your appointments. Have fun.

His Motive:

Jack is working in a career field that he has no interest in being thanks to the president, the director of the Secret Service, and the CEO of the Stanton Institute. His family was killed by someone who either works for or is affiliated with the Institute, so why not kill the person (or persons) responsible in return? It’s not about getting revenge, it’s about seeking justice.

His Alibi:

Unfortunately, Jack does not have a solid alibi for the night of the explosion. Employers say he was supposed to be working at the event that night, but he came down with an illness and went home to his apartment in Georgetown. Neighbors did not see him arrive nor leave the premises, and the only evidence that was produced during this time was a billed receipt to a Chinese takeout restaurant that delivered food to his apartment.

His Connection:

Jack was forced to take the government job as a Secret Service agent thanks to the Director of the Secret Service, Adam Cooley. It was either take the job or deal with the criminal justice system. Jack is also connected to Hugo Stanton, the CEO. He hacked into the Institute’s website for fun and games, only to have someone with relations from the Institute murder his entire family and frame him for the crime. Lastly, he could also be tied to President Thomas Dalton, who Jack has been close with since becoming an agent. Due to Jack’s impressive skills, the president would not override the decision of the Secret Service and let him go. According to President Dalton, Jack is “too valuable to lose.”

Testimony: You know what? Good riddance to them all. The world is much better off without those people poisoning the well. The innocent can finally get justice in the world and everything is how it should be. Do I feel bad? Not even a little bit. I wish I did, but after the hoops I had to jump through for certain people, I’m glad they are gone. This is our time, America. This is our time to show the world that everyone has a say and that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Together, we will stand for what’s right. Do not let anyone bring you down. Fight for what you believe, even if it means putting your own life on the line.

Secret: Jack hacked into the servers of the Stanton Institute, just to prove that he could. The next day, his family was murdered and he was framed for the crime. He believes it is someone from or affiliated with the Institute that led to his wife and child’s demise. He hacked into the DMV website and changed his name before going on the run, which alerted the authorities of the FBI and CIA alike. He was eventually caught and was given an ultimatum: use his skills to work for the government, or face justice for the crimes he apparently committed. Knowing he would be found guilty, he chose the former and has been working unhappily with the very people he believed murdered his family. The murder itself was swept under the rug and all traces of his wife and daughter disappeared, as though they never existed. It’s only a matter of time before he snaps.

Capitol Hill Resident: Grace Logan

"Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.”

Grace Logan is 31 years old and comes from Seattle, Washington. She currently works as the Press Secretary for the President of the United States and is said to bare a resemblance to Logan Browning.

@PSecretaryLogan: The best thing about DC is that it's 2am and I can still get Chinese food delivered to my office for a late night at the office.

[To Jack:] Sneak me into Planned Parenthood. I got some explaining to do.

Her Motive:

The president and Grace had a very big fight a few days before the explosion. She sent in her resignation and he shredded it and denied her.

Her Alibi:

She was at the event, checking her coat. She was hurt in the explosion and had to see medical attention for it, eventually losing her leg.

Her Connection:

She is connected to the President Thomas Dalton because she is apart of his cabinet but also his mistress.

Testimony: Whoever set the bombs off has a terroristic view point and will be caught as soon as possible. With 5 dead and the president near death, and countless, including myself, seriously injured, we will rise up and show them what it means to be an American. This explosion does not make America. How we react is.

Secret: She has been the president’s mistress since they met on the campaign trail and she is pregnant with his child. Before the explosion, she was prepared to get an abortion, but now she isn’t quite sure.
