NOTE before reading, the following covers wakfu season 4 spoilers and the content of my rant.

After watching the first four episodes of wakfu season 4, I felt bad, bad, BAD, BAD, BAD.

It seems like everyone is happy to see Qilby acting like a……fool?

So far Qilby's interactions with Yugo are basically a repeat of the season 2 finale. The only difference is that he's gone from heavy wise guy to non-stop whiny little guy?

But it looks like everyone is enjoying the "brotherly bickering" and "good mother" plot. Even though one of them seems unnecessary to me, and the other would have been better off never appearing.

The worst part is that the ultimate proposition of eternal solitude is downgraded to "petty squabbling in front of a good mother."

Goddess hair is so good, they bring peace, warmth and love so why not just soak Qilby in the pile all the time and the problem of going crazy is solved!

Lonely souls laying heavy fates look like A JOKE in front of this pile of hair.

OK, you now know one of the reasons why I wish why the goddess didn't show up …….

And the title of episode 8, "Betrayal"? Combine that with the spoilers from Waven - Lokus the Guardian versus Qilby with six Eliatropes dofus?

Is Qilby's characterisation moving forward on a flat path? Becoming the son of a good mother's cunning? Become a stumbling block on the good brother's path to kingship? A smooth-talking, self-serving jerk?

Don't get back to me with "that's just the way he is".

Because of that episode 3, everyone now refers to Qilby as mummy's little boy. (I know, maybe people want to show a different side of Qilby, it's refreshing…? But the object and the timing, so bad ……)

(And for some reason Nora always reminds me of Arpagone. basically nothing special.)

I know what I'm saying isn't welcome at all, these are heavy, harsh words. But the intent was not to cause anyone any pain. I hope ankama is having fun and all is well with the company activities. But it hurts to see a favourite character turn out like this.

Of course I hope I'm wrong and good things might happen after that, but then I'm afraid to expect anything unrealistic. I'd better not think about anything.

If you don't agree with what I'm saying, you can simply dismiss these as the whining of fools and just have fun looking at them.

A messy tirade about that meeting in episode 4 of wakfu s4, Spoiler alert.

My buddy was right, but where the eyes in the sky aren't that shabby looking, the people would at best see those things as some kind of sky attraction and be okay with that - damn, if you're going to do your charitable business, and with the vast majority of the people probably disapproving of it, you're going to have to at least hide those lurid eyes a little bit better first, to first Earn a good reputation among the civilians, do it quietly, without moving, make a track record, and at least negotiate at the meetings with somewhat more substance. For the leaders of the World of Twelve are probably best at what they do with their mouths.

But it's true, under their leadership, the people do get by reasonably ok, except that it's just the occasional volcanic eruption, the occasional looting by some unattended bandits, the occasional rising of a little flood, the occasional submerging of a few villages, and the occasional sight of a frozen climate problem in one of the neighbouring countries. These guys blame each other when things go wrong, but don't get me wrong, they're pretty united, and we're all family when it comes to war of words.

The probability is that the direction of the plot after that could be one of the following four:

the people of the World of Twelve of show the Goddess that they can handle the zombie crisis, and the Goddess learns a lesson.

the people of the World of Twelve are unable to handle the zombie crisis on their own, and Eliatropes becomes the hero.

the leaders blame the goddess for the zombie attacks and decide to sacrifice the goddess to Toross in exchange for world peace.

the leaders chose to take a step back and work with the goddess to deal with the zombie problem first, but that doesn't mean they are partners.

Anyway, what that argument showed was that neither side is very good in the head, and I couldn't like anyone.

It was probably a meeting between the supreme leader of the world and the holiest goddess in the universe.

Oh wait, in conjunction with one of Tot's tweets, I can see why those eyes were designed to be so scary - to suggest an uncomfortable stare from a mother with an overprotective streak?

……Never mind, eyes and all.

I might have to rant a bit about Wakfu s4 content.

Honestly guys, for the love of the painting gods, if you want to be digital artists in the future, please don't skimp on spending money on equipment. Get yourself a reliable graphics tablet. Don't buy a small one even if you are beaten to death. Otherwise, after a few months of using them for your painting assignments over a long period of time, you'll find you've acquired a free wrist ailment problem.

I've been letting my heart avoid discussing this issue, I'm scared. But the reality is that the range of my arm is not what it used to be. That is, now if I pick up a pencil and draw for just a few minutes, my whole arm will start to ache. God, finally it's my turn.

Not only was the drawing area pathetically small, but the weight of the pen was as heavy as if you were holding an egg. I also found out after I bought it that it had a faulty drive, poor quality stuff. Why do they sell devices that are not at all suitable for artists' working habits? To be honest, the habit of sitting at a computer desk for hours at a time is not healthy. But honestly, isn't it a habit that every artist has, but that piece of shit doesn't take that into account at all.

But the dumbest part is me, I know it's making my wrists uncomfortable with this thing, but I can't be bothered to spend the money to buy myself a new graphics tablet. So a word of advice, don't force your body to adapt to crap equipment.

Wow, I've got a new graphics tablet to draw on before. It's fine now. It's just that the damage the previous board did to my wrist was irreparable. Now I'm under a lot of stress every time I pick up a brush to draw. My will to paint is incredibly demoralized. To think that painting is pretty much the only thing I'm good at, I love it. And I plan to make a living out of it in the future. Now not only my eyes but also my hands have been crippled prematurely. I feel awful! I hate that shit for life!!!

Take care of your body, because it's the most valuable thing you have. That's all.

As well, after using the small, medium and large sizes, I found the large to be the most comfortable for me to use. It has a large enough drawing area to allow you to swing your wrist and arm around to work. So if it was my personal advice, I would want people to use the large. It has a large enough drawing area to make your arm feel good when you are drawing. But I'm using a medium at the moment because I can't fit the large on my desk. All in all!

Well ok, the manga's plot is indescribable, but it's nice to see some Qilby moments! 😁 At least he looks good on the cover!😍😋😎🤩

In this blog, which uses Chinese, words are written that you do not understand.

Honestly it puts this blog in a bit of an awkward position ，(比如像现在） Without the English translation, this blog's would be a troublesome viewing experience for viewers.

This got me thinking about using language.

I could have copied the main blog and used a translator to translate into English. But having my own words deliberately translated twice by software makes me feel that I've lost the comfort of belonging to a secondary blog. And people have to turn to their Googoo or deepL xP when they see what I'm saying.

I felt guilty for not being fluent in a language that everyone could understand. xP So I started to struggle with whether it was better for this blog to be in English, which everyone could understand, or in my native language, which I felt most comfortable using.

Thinking and thinking… and I realized… I could try to make English a part of my thoughts too. And not something that makes my spirit feel foreign and out of reach x) Wow, the answer is so easy xP. But I admit it's not easy to think of that xD.

It is a well-known fact that some of you are not native English speakers either, but you can use it to express yourselves fluently.

*looks silently at the duck ones English report card* Well it takes a long time to become fluent in a language xD lol

I can't write complex sentences in English xP so I still rely on a translator to get across what I want to say when describing situations and replying. The language of this blog is a mix of Chinese and English. (Also sorry for any trouble reading here) But in this blog I will do my best to write some simple English sentences on my own 😳 Sorry for the grammatical errors lol
