Hi 👋, My name is Mohammad, and I’m reaching out in a moment of desperate need. I’m a father of three young children living in Gaza, and we are caught in the midst of a catastrophic war. Our home is no longer a safe haven, and the future here seems increasingly uncertain. 💔

As for headcanons, I think Alois speaks Latin and French. He likes his tea sweet. He admires Lizzie for her ability to stay positive in the face of imminent death and tragedy. He loves Oscar Wilde and Shakespeare and embodies them the best he can. He hates the texture of velvet. Most other interesting headcanons are in the trilogy, such as what he did before reconnecting ❤️✨

I just wanted to leave a little note here to say thank you. It’s been almost one year since I first discovered your work « What Lies Ahead », and I’m not sure to have enough vocabulary to express how much this fic helped me to keep going since so many month. I’ve always been a but fan of Ciel and Alois as a romantic pair, they litteraly mean the world to me, and It’s just like If you and your (rp)partner worded all my thoughts, feelings and headcanons about them. I think I read part one at least 10 times😭😭😭 Ciel and Alois are in my eyes quite difficult characters to write, I identify a lot with Alois but I have sm of trouble finding the essence of his character and what makes me relate in fanworks. The same goes for Ciel. However, through the words of both of you, I feel like I’m reading a spin off written by Yana Toboso herself. I honestly have so many things to say, I wanted to address you two but as I think your two accounts are separated, I naturally came to the person who wrote Alois. But honestly, I would like you both to know how Much What Lies Ahead and all your other Alociel fictions inspire me a lot and have helped me understand a lot about how I approach my own feelings and humanity in general. However, I would have loved (if you are inspired of course!) Know if you had some anecdotes to share with me or some headcanons on Ciel and Alois that you would have! 🥹

I’m literally going to cry, I??? THANK YOU?? It means the world to me that someone is this kind towards any piece of writing I move helped produce, and since I’m currently working on an application for a masters English program, I’m absolutely using this as motivation 😅❤️

I think my motivations vary greatly from my partner’s, so I’d love her input on this post as well, but personally I’m a pansexual transmasc with bipolar in reality, as the writer. In my adolescence, I watched Black Butler and connected with Alois so deeply and portraying him online and writing for him gave me an opportunity to give MYSELF a better story. Sure, he struggled with being ostracized for his temperament, but he found someone who loved him in spite of it. He struggled with being effeminate, well now he’s a gay man in a stifling society who embraced it in spite. He was a miserably written character to begin with and this gave me the reigns to explore his motivations and his goals and fears. I processed so much of my gender, my sexuality, and my trauma through him, so much so that I actually got the contract symbol tattooed on my back. My writing partner was there.

So I guess my closing note is: that piece of fiction taught me how to love, and I hope it extends into the universe ❤️

So there’s a trend going round where you draw Miku inspired by your own culture and normally I just sit those out bc i’m from England but then the image of her covered in fake tan with the full chav makeup and sloppily bleached blue pigtails popped into my head and i almost threw up laughing.
