• put on soft lighting, flickering candles, warm toned lamps and fairy lights • throw a lot of blankets and cushions on your bed, or wrap yourself in with a soft blanket • warm drinks, make yourself a cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee • wear thick cosy socks, oversized sweaters and pyjamas • switch off your phone, read a good book, listen to music, watch a movie
