Is your information safe with your local dispensary? We collected information and sent secret shopped the top 10 cannabis dispensaries in Illinois and were shocked by what we found!

Cannabis is now legal in Illinois for recreational use but even since it's medicinal start, the dispensary owners and growers have made their mark on cannabis and they're making sure you don't forget it. Like the pharmaceutical corruption era of big pharma, we now face the government coming in and forcing businesses out, taking their rights to earn an income simply so they can take the business out from under them. Luckily, our business saw this coming and even with the gas lighting and attempt to rob us, we've lost a lot due to the greed of certain people. However, we stand firm and ensure our name is known too and certain dispensaries will recognize and attempt to help you succeed. You'd be surprised at what the founders of the Cannabis industry have had to endure this year alone. We sent in 5 different people to the top five dispensaries and had them cycle through them for a year and you'd be shocked by what we found!

Here are the top ten rated dispensaries and what we actually found there and we're rating them on a scale of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.

10. Mindful Dispensaries

This is surprisingly rated one of the top dispensaries but we're positive it's them rating themselves. This dispensary is run by a bunch of liars, thieves, voice actors, and folks that are NOT in cannabis for the health and healing side of things. On multiple occasions we've caught their staff on live streams, crossing state line with products meant for medical patients in Illinois. The staff have influential connections and they're wealthy, and they want to be more wealthy. This dispensary not only lied to an gaslit their patient, but then chased them online to undercut and steal their CBD sales, even though legally they can't sell CBD products in their dispensary. The products they DO choose to sell, hempbombs, has consistently failed labs and tested under mg limit or contained contaminants. As if that wasn't enough they also suck off their patients, share their personal information to mock them online, steal their sales and destroy their businesses. The icing on the cake was them having lose dogs out that run at working service animals... and them then kicking the patients, which is against federal law. (ada.gov) We even have the FAQ for service dogs listed here as we work closely with the ADA and our CEO herself had a seizure alert dog.

However this dispensary is wealthy and knows everything about you. They will gaslight and break you in an effort to ensure no one will believe you. Luckily, with people like us out here, we are able to catch it early and show everyone exactly how badly they use and abuse their patients. Here's a video by the talented ServiceDogPaws about them admitting in writing to breaking federal law and then banning a patient from medication.

This is by far one of the WORST dispensaries in Illinois that needs to be overhauled. The ascetic is the only thing going for it which means they make too much money for absolutely no work. It's easy to succeed when you think you're above federal law. I wonder what else they're doing against federal law?

9. Greenhouse

Greenhouse is one of those companies we worked with early on that suddenly stopped answering their phone and now own a dispensary. Take that for what you will but De La Cruz now acts as if they never spoke with us before and that alone was a red flag. Their dispensary was not open at the time of testing even though it claimed to be online therefore we were unable to visit.

8. Midway

Midway dispensary was a breath of fresh air, even though the parking was atrocious (as Chicago normally is) but they don't tow and allow hazard parking. The staff is cool and when one of our guys came with 5 minutes to closing, they helped them without making it feel like an inconvenience. The building is a very city like but they certainly make up for it with their staff and how they handle customers. With better space and some few additions, this dispensary group could really take off!

7. Verilife

This company has always been ahead of the curve with licensing medical patients and online availability. Much like following business rise, they are geared towards mostly medical in one location and both in another.

Other than their online prowess, this company was a hit or miss and nothing was reported one way or another.

6. Rise

Much like Verilife, there wasn't much to report about RISE. They started mostly medical but they provide a significantly smaller menu for rec. While you can walk in directly with your medical card, the wait is long and outside for recreational. Other than that there was not much to report. The menu wasn't as big as Verilife but we expect their growth to go positively in the upcoming year.

5. Earth Med

Walking in here you'll feel like you're going to a pawnshop. They have tons of options but you'll be ushered into a tight rope line and have to fight for availability. The staff is very polite and they do what they can, but their selection of dabs and iso were so low our shopper went twice without being able to find anything they could benefit from. That's such a loss for the industry. Sadly, if you're recognized like our second shopper was, you'll be stalked online by this group as well. We were also offered to be in an "adult video" by one of the staff members on break, which was awkward. However, their online antics are very unfortunate.

Our Rating: 4

4. Windy City

This is a company we want you to watch. They come from a place of family and street smarts. Windy city started in the heart of Chicago and is connected to many underground artists and influencers that help the revolution continue through them. They look out for one another, they don't let each other fall, and they have unity unmatched to any other dispensary we've been to. They could use more space at their south location but you get the feeling you're included with this group. They're not coworkers, they are a family of people that think similar and can have fun with one another and it shows. Even with our company, it seems to be the Windy City picking us up when we have fallen. Their choice in influencers can't be matched and they pick artists that are on their way up but need the boost, something important to us here at NHC. We fully expect to break through the weed war on the right side and it will be with Windy City by our side. Even when you can't see the company in brand, it's always a staff member helping out the fallen which NO OTHER DISPENSARY WILL DO. TRUST US.

They have 3 locations and you can choose a favorite but they all give off the same family vibe. When we leave the Windy City for business, they'll have an eye out on new brands, companies, influencers and they deserve their spot on top. We've been specifically working with a few of their guys who've moved into cbd, running them up the ranks. If there's going to be a movement or revolution, it will happen underground and no one knows underground like Windy City.

While looked at as not one of the big guys, they're actually quite big and we're hoping with their help to put the Windy City on the map in 2021. They have people in every facet from strain cultivation, to strain growth, to media, to having one of the biggest selections in the state. They're a natural group with a duality to them that really balances them out well, helping the people out that have been framed or buried, like we were at one point. They are the most fun to work with and they know how to right a wrong.

The staff has the most extensive concentrate menu and friendly faces willing to explain them to you. I wish they were closer so I could make them MY dispensary of choice. You won't find a bigger menu in Illinois guaranteed. Some things here and there need improvement like a few of their online staff members, but they fix it really quickly. Just don't get between them and their rivals because they will not be able to see you there and they don't take the shit from big boy government weed and will break a block aid, a HUGE plus to us.

3. The Herbal Care Center (THC center)

This is a nice, big facility. It's always clean and inviting. They could really use some assistance in parking, but it's not as bad as midway. The staff is chill, super easy to get along with, and they recognize you when you come back even if you've been gone a while. Directly after the service dog incident earlier, my dog went through a situation where he would bark at any dog (thinking he was going to be attacked again) and they handled the situation like pros, giving me a place to move him away from the other dog to stop the barking for their customers. They're all friendly, many of them are incredibly talented as well. They have private medical and easy access. I do wish they had a bigger concentrate menu.

2. Consume

We literally love everything about this place except the difficulty with actually getting in the lot. They always have a great selection that you can order online through Iheartjane.com and they actually will have it ready for you, something most dispensaries are still having trouble with. On top of that the staff is always super happy and peppy. They're really sweet and helpful as well. The best part is you don't even have to get out of the car! They'll walk it right out for you! That's a benefit to our lazy and on the go moods!

1. Zen Leaf

I actually regularly go here. Their staff is sweet as heck and they're pretty in the know with the online and offline perils of the business. They have a huge collection and while the lines are long but medical can skip it. The inside gets a little packed on the weekends which isn't the best situation for covid but we all work with what we have. They're getting into gaming and influencing themselves which helps us all out. They ARE super expensive in comparison to other dispensaries, even for medical, which is a downside but they make up for it with their speed and their late hours. They're open 9-8 and that helps our schedule tremendously better than the other places that close at 6pm. They have a great staff, huge selection, and a lot of their staff is going to glow in the upcoming 2021. We can tell.

Finally we'd like to mention Medmen. They're a great group of men working together to better the movement. As we have relatives that work there and we know they recently had a break in, we thought putting them in the list wouldn't be fair due to bias we may or may not have. However their dispensaries are great as is their products and as a group of people with terrible luck who always seem to get the shit end of the stick, what they built from it is incredibly impressive and worthy of mention. I honestly hope the Medmen are seen for their position in this movement and not just based on assumptions people make about them. We have them behind us too, always pushing and making sure we're safe and we do our best to return the favor. To prevent bias, we simply cannot rate them, but we love them and think you'll love them too.

This push is here because now is a time where the media is lying to you, the war on drugs is being fought while actual dangerous drugs are running the streets with the pharmaceutical industry, we're experiencing an opioid crisis, a corona crisis, mass job loss, bankruptcy, evictions, and everyone is broke and are you feeling the anxiety yet? The celebrity to the governor is home, online, watching us. The revolution will be live and televised.

Medical marijuana has saved the lives of so many with mental health conditions and it's being used to arrest them, gaslight them, discredit them and remove kids from families while pedophiles run your churches and make the legislation. The CHAZ is killing daily and they're not able to handle their own legality which is terrible for the revolution. While this is happening the world is being hit by a plague that is killing us in the hundreds of thousands and riots are hitting the streets to rewrite your history but where are the 800,000 kids called in missing in this year alone and where is the 123 children that have gone missing from DCFS custody?

This isn't new and now some of those kids of abuse, abandonment, and being lost are now adults and they're fighting to heal the mistakes of the past and prevent them from happening in the future.

#GREENSCREEN is the diversion or prevention of manipulation over the internet and along with it comes the end of the drug war, self medication, truth about the pharmaceutical industry and it's affect on our generation. In this crazy time, we keep forgetting there are children online caught in the cross hairs of all of it and 800,000 of them at one point went missing, 123 of them still are. We not only wish to guide children away from dangers online but to safety by pulling them aside or diverting attention as a get away tactic. We know it's spread as a meme to call on the bots, which is fine, because it's also a call to some of us that we ARE grown now and need to behave, are getting heated, are in visible distress or just need to smoke a blunt. Due to this being a call on the green lives around us, it's also a call to protect or witness a situation. We're international, all races, all colors because we're all green. Eventually the bot will change in the Algorithm with the help of continued support from Godzilla, or our zilla family and their online networking as well. You can view them here. More on that later.

We are aside the vindicators that are attempting to fix and heal those affected by an entire decade of wrong decisions. Many argue that removing hemp from the diet of our meat is leading to deteriorating mental health. Somethings just can't me explained but what we can explain is that most of our staff has the ability to morph and travel, we protect animals, we love hogs, we follow the music and protect the artists. Look to the stars, the moon can guide your way, pray for aliens to be one with humans and stand up for those who can't. Be humble, noble, and stand up to injustice. If you see or hear a cry for help, #greenscreen. Remember that the mocking of mental health is never done by anyone trying to heal it.

The goal is to speed up the reaction and see how big the global support for #greenscreen and legalization and freedom to self medicate and maybe we can use that to show the world how much power is held by the people.

Remember Pewdiepie? The Swedish Youtuber once had a slip of a racial slur cost him his YT Red Series, cost him hundreds of thousands of followers and changed the way we use Youtube and Google. Thanks to the media, we've moved from cancelling people, to getting them fired, and when that doesn't work, we call the papers because we know they're the types to give us that feel good by default narrative that sent my view into the spiral of media puppetry. It baffled me that Youtube would want to throw it's poster boy under the bus like said to the advertisers summit in 2015. Since then Youtube ran ad campaigns for some really sketchy places, like the data-mining of Candid to the exploitation of mental health through Betterhelp yet denied completely legal ads from hemp cultivation. That's where we step in.

Last night I was watching one of my favorite streamers, Hyphonix, when it suddenly became clear that he was one of the owners of the businesses stuck in the cross-hairs of the media wars attempting to contact me and he was upset with me for being upset with him, understandable. However, he didn't dox me and he didn't dox my dad. He just didn't. I've tested it. People tried to convince me he was poison and stealing from me.That he was a "literal Hitler." He's not though. At least, I've not seen it.

He's a dick, sure, but most of us are dicks too. I think he's funny. Next to another streamer whom I found humorous outside of gamer gate for his delivery was, Jim "Metokur," whom we've mentioned before here. I like the kid. He didn't dox me. So when I apologized for wrongfully judging him, it was then his chat gave me the name I needed.

The real person who've been behind digging into my personal information, doxing me, doxing my biological and adoptive family and even stole their identity so they can't be held accountable for their actions. This person, PPP, Pepe, AP, Adonis Paul or whatever name he give himself today, decided to claim a gang affiliation with the hells angels (whom he's never met in real life or even spoken to) in an effort to threaten people into or out of working with select sponsors and other streamers. However, I DO know a few angels and they don't take kindly to this behavior and blamed me directly for it putting me in quite a bit of danger I had worked 2 years to get out of. However when I came to ask Adonis Paul to stop, he began to poorly gaslight me. I tried to tell him I could hear a girl by the name of Riley, roleplaying as my uncle Irish (by the same name even) in GTA. For years, my life story has been Riley's online persona and it began to catch up to me, but I had no idea what the hell was going on or why everyone was claiming I was crazy and gaslighting me with "schizophrenia" which wouldn't be the correct diagnosis anyways. It's been terrifying and cost me a lot of money just to feel safe. You see, Adonis Paul drove me away from sponsoring youtubers and twitch streamers due to the threats, alleged theft, sponsored parties pulling and haven't even made a streamlabs donation since 2019 because someone named "FT WORTH, TX HENDERSON" frauded our card for $400. Since my dad was doxed and my child threatened which, as a victim on protection order with a missing child, no youtube channel or stream herself, no public non-business socials it was a very real perceived threat. I went to police. I NEVER go to police, for obvious reasons. This person terrified me that "he and leaf had kidnapped my son to raise themselves" and not having seen him in a year, I was forced to go to police. Since this began, at least once a day, I've been followed into chats mocked for being raped in jail when wrongfully arrested and laughed at for my kid going missing and then mocked for going to the police for it.

Ironically the same guys were still there playing GTA, which you can only watch really if you want to get in on pixel. They suddenly knew I was there. Obviously. They'd been role playing with the online version of my identity, according to someone else, for YEARS. Before you ask, no, I have no idea who this person is. I know who they are now, but I've never met or spoken to this person and many don't even refer to them as Riley but as Lucy or Lara.

You know what was happening today? Live?

We had just lost George Floyd, the entire country is in protest and getting looted after being shut down for months from Covid-19. The internet socialites were pulling everyone in all types of ways. From God, to Godzilla, Satan, to political parties. Everyone is hurting everyone and I've been watching it get worse and worse for months.

The gamers were investigating in game after a year of my crying out to no one hearing me. By now, the Youngsliving organization was doing "movie reviews" in regards to... me? The lion tribe had copied and stolen my website. Aiden of Hemp City literally copied my site word for word. It was an attack. So I stopped and I let them start to get the back up and overwhelming stress that comes with my job and... because I would be at a halt, they get no more free work while they harass me.

The pixel server was already familiar with who I was because it's where the identity was being used most and how everyone kept hearing my info to report me. The GTA cops were investigating for me. Like legitimately talking to real characters that also appeared in real life, because this was real crime being done... in game. It's the wildest thing I've seen. With the zoo, the review channels, the political channels, I honestly was surprised again, not by identity but to see police in a video game behaving better than the real police outside my home during the riots. They were investigating. Who took her? How did they know her? What's she look like? They speculated as much as I had. This was an insane situation and suddenly I realized all of us were placed into this by someone else like a chain reaction online. Hurt people, hurting people. I was taken back and many people told me they had no idea this was happening or they thought it was all in game. They forgot people were watching.

That's when I heard the chatter over the radio.

I heard a two game cops say and that's when I believed it was kind of over.

That brings me back to the level guys, on the floor. They could hear me and you know. I was so hurt by these people that I didn't for one second think "why are they doing this to me?" I automatically assumed they did it to cause me harm, so I was hurting others in conversation with the ways I lashed out against it.

Hurt people, hurt people.

Everyone has shat on my favorite streamer. Everyone said things so vile against him, I wouldn't have looked twice at his stream if that came first. He was being hurt... right now. Today, in this moment, he was being hurt by not being given a fair shot at business like I had not gotten a fair shot before. I KNOW that feeling.

So I've decided to be the one to stop the cycle. I know, I know. I'm such a lame, loser, boomer. Thing is when you act out as a real life identity you effect their life and the lives around them. You take more than sales you take away the persons security, safety in their own home, freedom to exist. You hurt everyone around you and if it's bad enough you'll do it to someone like me who will hunt you down and track you like the best GTA cop pixel.

This is what happened with Pewdiepie. His fair chance was taken from him while people like Jake and Adonis Paul literally threaten SPONSORS, friends, family, jobs and eventually, the papers until they get what they want and all they want is submission and like Pewdiepie, I'm a stubborn Scandinavian who won't apologize if she doesn't mean it and won't say sorry if I'm not. These types of manipulators don't like that, so they attempt to control the narrative on your name. It should be illegal. Look at what the media does RIGHT NOW. Turn on the news and just listen for a few minutes. Isn't that insane?! The reason I bring up Pewdiepie is that he's in this game I'm somehow dragged into as well. You can catch it with the right bot or knowing what to look for with the out of context statements and the random, repetitive words. It's those words that trigger the mind (or A.I.) into the game. Point is, I had it done to me and I was about to turn around and do it AGAIN to Pewdiepie, the very man I quit the ad program for in the first place. The very one they threw under the bus. This woke me up.

I'm not going to say the words or things Pewdiepie says is okay or stand by his thoughts and ideas, that's not why I'm here. I'm here to make fair what was made wrong in the first place. It's the whole reason I went private sponsorship and here I am, angry that he's involved, blaming him and even Markiplier of doxing and threatening me simply because they're using the same words in the same game at the same time unbeknownst to one another. I was online, threatening the Wallstreet Journal to Pewdiepie and that is the most disgusted I've been with myself all year. I was hurt. I was going to hurt someone else because of it.

So, all of these thoughts in my mind, I've been awaken. I've been humbled. I saw myself in the mirror becoming the very same monster I was hunting and collectively, in a way, the "game" these youtubers were playing actually made me a better person. It woke me up. I honestly feel if Adonis Paul had not doxxed me, my biological father, the man who took me in, my fathers motorcycle enthusiast group whom I finally had gotten away from and was now literally handed back to, threatening me, my youtubers and my son, I think the game would have ended much sooner. I had to come to the end myself though or I wouldn't learn.

No, what happened to me wasn't fair and no, it probably will never be made okay but in time maybe it will. All I know is I will NOT become one of them and I will NOT become the monster I hunted to hurt the people I protect.

I've decided to let the streamer and his business in. I've decided to stop the cycle. I like the streamer and watched as a fan but right now, men are being censored and taken down, presented as nazis and literal Fuhrers. If I let him him sit and watch his friends and accomplices be accepted and moved out of the city it wouldn't be fair as he would have been first. It wouldn't be fair because as long as his labs are legit and not stolen, he deserves to go up like the rest of us or it will feel like he's singled out, attacked, and he will take it personally. It will hurt, he will hurt others, the cycle continues.

I believe in checking for thorns in the paw before condemning the beast. I honestly see good in these streamers the media has labeled and thus, cost their jobs and finances. I've watched them struggle, yell out for help, have families in need, and now go through a pandemic with not so much as a squeak from the big dogs at Youtube. I almost missed an important video myself clearing a lot of this up by my dog/pig, or youtube friend in the game that guided me a bit, knowingly or not. That pig knows who he is and I don't want to risk his current position in the game by exposing him. I'm not the media, but thank you for exposing the bootlegging in the gulf of our brand lines as they think we own all 150. If you're reading this, you helped all the way to Pewdiepie. That's an impressive reach we can have, guys.

So, I hope you all understand my stand on this. The cycle needs to stop. We can't leave people behind. This is a movement for all of us. Whether you believe in freedom or you believe in karma, green or light, our future will be grim if people are left behind. We can't build on cracked foundation.

Please stop a cycle.

The Corona Virus Quarantine has everyone locked in their homes and feeling unproductive. However Natural Healthy CBD in USA was exchanging thoughts, information and ideas with someone all the way in Norway.

"This might come as a surprise, but I'm actually a scientific oriented skeptic myself.

For years I've been fighting against so-called 'alternative medicine charlatans' who claim that their ailments can cure all kinds of diseases and illnesses. And with good reason, too. Many of these scoundrels actually urge people to not go see their doctor and avoid everything that has to do with 'Big Pharma'.

It's truly a despicable and disgusting practice that I personally hope will come to an end sooner than later.

There is nothing wrong with selling a product or service to people who genuinely want to buy what you have. But to make claims that aren't rooted in science or logic and that cannot even be proven, is not just a faulty way of marketing. It's also outright criminal and downright disgusting.

Hence why I long took pleasure in mocking these swindlers.

However, as much as I loved to ridicule them, there was something that bothered me about the whole thing. Something about the skeptic community that I disagreed profoundly with. No matter how much I argued my case, I wasn't heard. And if I were, I was scolded for my opinion.

The disagreement was that the skeptical community found it wrong to sell medications that hadn't been proven to cure any illness or disease to people, who, despite fully knowing that there wasn't any proof of said medications working.

I, on the other hand, didn't.

What's wrong with selling something to people, who want to buy your products, even if it on paper doesn't help them?

Nothing.

As long as no health claims are made.

And this is where I differ from most of the scientifically oriented skeptics.

If I sell you some CBD oil and you consume and it makes you feel better, then I've done you a service. I may not have cured, healed or prevented any disease or condition you had. But I've given you the opportunity to make yourself feel better. In exchange for money.

What's wrong with that?

'Nothing', I say.

'Everything', the skeptic community argues.

Something else for you to chew on;

I don’t know if this may vary from country to country or from region to region, but I know of several skeptic groups online that aim to ‘expose’ and ‘lift the curtain’ on so-called alternative medicine.

I’m writing ‘so-called’ in the context of alternative medicine because there haven’t been enough studies carried out yet to fully describe CBD oil as a total and utter alternative medicine, like for example homeopathy.

Let’s hope I didn’t anger any homeopathic users.

Whatever.

I don’t really care.

Now, first of all I’m going to ensure that no lawyers or legal entities can sue me or this brand by simply stating that if you’ve come here to look for a cure for your pains and you think that ABC CBD oil can help you, there is absolutely no evidence for that.

Zero.

Nada.

There!

Now I’ve officially declared that the product I’m marketing cannot heal, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

But that doesn’t mean that other people find it useful.

Hence why many CBD oil businesses have user testimonials on their website, praising how they’ve gotten a new life thanks to CBD oil.

Attorneys, solicitors and lawyers are thus prevented from taking this matter to the court. There is nothing wrong with marketing using testimonials, as long as you have an agreement from the users.

This isn’t the CBD oil company making a claim, these are USERS making claims how a certain product has improved their lives.

And here’s another thing that I think.

I don’t think the masses of skeptics are ready to use ABC CBD oil. I think their skeptical nature will make them do anything they can to excuse any improvement they may experience when they’re consuming ABC CBD oil.

Which means that even if they would have gotten rid of a back pain issue or maybe having had their inflammation reduced after consuming ABC CBD oil, they would have looked for other explanations.

Irrespective whether they had tried other things or not. Such as changing their diet, their lifestyle, shedding some weight, and so on.

Now, as much as I like to ridicule those boring people who almost always look sad and depressed, they have a very valid point.

There is no reason to claim or believe that ABC CBD oil will work unless you actually put in a little bit of work yourself. You have to be willing to lose weight, change your diet around and perhaps go to the gym and start out lifting weights.

Simply consuming CBD oil while continuing to slouch on the couch, watching Netflix and consuming unhealthy foods, beverages and candy won’t do you any good.

But even if you make significant changes to your life, and you’re consistent, CBD oil may still not help you get rid of your pains or improve your health condition.

You see, we have something called bodies. Genes. DNA. Different people respond differently.

In fact, the possibility that you could consume ABC CBD oil, over a long time, say a year, and also changing your diet, improving your lifestyle and going to the gym, without seeing any improvements, exists.

Sometimes, not even the best CBD oil can help you.

In the case of our consumers, none have said that the oil didn’t help. But, we don’t know how many other changes they made to their lives, either.

So, in that regard, the skeptics are right.

"Dette kan komme som en overraskelse, men jeg er faktisk en vitenskapelig orientert skeptiker selv.

I flere år har jeg kjempet mot såkalte 'charlatans for alternativ medisin' som hevder at plagene deres kan kurere alle slags sykdommer og sykdommer. Og med god grunn, også. Mange av disse skurrene oppfordrer faktisk folk til ikke å gå til legen sin og unngå alt som har med 'Big Pharma' å gjøre.

Illinois puts patients first after marijuana legalization leaves them feeling abandoned with purchase limits, weed shortages, and a corrupt market forcing the state to release a statement to prioritize medical users over recreational sales.

The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation released a statement on Thursday regarding the prioritization of medical cannabis patients during a cannabis shortage as reported throughout the state.

Section 15-15(i) of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act states, “If there is a shortage on cannabis or cannabis infused products, a dispensing organization holding both a dispensing organization license under the Compassionate Use of Medical Pilot Program Act and this act shall prioritize qualifying patients, caregivers provisional patients and Opioid Alternative Pilot Program before purchasers.”

This means any dispensary holding both medical and recreational sales licenses must adhere to the following to satisfy this requirement;

There must be at least one (1) point of sale station for EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEDICAL PATIENTS for every five (5) point of sale stations, when patients are present.

The dispensary must let patients purchase any cannabis product in the dispensary’s inventory at the medical cannabis tax rate. No product should be marked or designated for adult use only or withheld from purchase by Illinois medical patients.

If purchase limits are implemented by the dispensary, the limit for patients must be at least 2.5 greater than the limit placed for adult use customers.

It would seem Illinois even made it possible for a medical user to switch dispensaries instantly online. This would appear to be a step in the right direction for Illinois. Finally patients over profit is taking root in Illinois Cannabis Legalization!

Time will tell if this sticks as the statement can, like any implementation, change any time.

Natural Healthy and their team dubbed the "Vigilantes of Cannabis" walk the line between the government, business, and blackmarket and are now up to 20 members strong! The Vigilantes expose corrupt cannabis, illegal practice that causes harm, farm rippers, product bans and scares, mock companies, and more while working side by side with the businesses that dedicate themselves to providing safe access to quality medicinal marijuana.

While no stranger to brand mocking, a practice used by thieves to attempt exit scams online by taking your money and never supplying the products, it's becoming more and more difficult to keep up with who's who and what's what in this industry. While helping brands like Hemp Hookahzz, Green Roads, Hempzilla and even their own Hemperpedic brand from having their names and logos copied and then rehosted across the internet, Natural Healthy CBD has had to remove websites and assist customers facing this fraud to get their money back and bring repercussions to the thieves. 3rd party verified and quality controlled, safely stored, and freshly made products are available by approved brands Natural Healthy CBD has dubbed as their BLUNT BRANDs.

However sometimes a thief will take the name of a BLUNT BRAND still in an effort to use our 3 tier quality control system to trick customers into a false sense of security while stealing their money and supplying fraudulent products that have nothing to do with the business itself. It's come to our attention that some dispensaries may even be cutting their products to make MORE MONEY than they already do. Not to mention the fact that there's THC and CBD companies with similar names in different states.

That's why when an article was released over the weekend by WKZO announcing a recall for the brand SAVAGE we had to put out an alert once it was verified that their cartridges were found to contain high vitamin e concentrated oils AFTER the government deemed it possibly lethal and the cause of the Vape Ban Crisis.

The article claimed the following:

LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) -- The Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) has issued a recall for certain vaping

cartridge products that have been found to have a high level of Vitamin E Acetate.

Investigators believe that Vitamin E Acetate may be the vaping additive that has resulted in several lung injuries in Michigan and across the country.

"All affected vape cartridges will have a label that indicates the license number of the marijuana facility and the METRC number assigned to the product in the statewide monitoring system," officials said in a statement.

This recall affects four vape cartridge brands sold by Plan B Wellness, which is located at 20101 8 Mile RD, Detroit, MI 48219 from October 3, 2019 through November 22, 2019 and on January 16, 2020.

We urge you to return any recalled item you may have received.

Savage CBD, our Blunt Brand, was affected as well and with Natural Healthy CBD they set out to investigate. It's come to our attention the brand was that of SAVAGE THC out of Seattle, Washington, NOT SAVAGE CBD. These are two entirely different companies.

After a secondary testing, SAVAGE CBD has returned SAFE and we do not carry any of the products involved in the recall. Due to this we're offering a sale all week long on SAVAGE CBD products using code SafeSavage10.

As the second week of 2020 is coming to an end, its become very apparent that Illinois has no idea what it's doing when it comes to marijuana legalization, most likely because Illinois dispensaries don't care much about green they care more about just the money. Is patients over profits truly done better in the CBD industry than that of total legalization or is it just Illinois, as usual, dropping the ball on its civilians? Let's find out five major blunders having us asking, what the **** are they doing with all the money we've been giving them in medical taxes for the past 10 years gone to?

If you're at all familiar with Natural Healthy CBD you'll be familiar with the many helpful things they do for their local, national, and even international communities. From secret shopper missions, dispensary tours, data audits, disability advocacy and education, we don't shy away from a challenge. It's often hard to walk the line during this time of legalization because half of people will always think you're a rat, the other half won't quite know what the catch, if there is a catch. We feel our moral compass to guide us to the sick and the people who need a fair fight but aren't given even playing fields but still stand up to with a scream and try.

No one is on your side, my side, anyone's side because there are no sides. There are sick people and not sick people. We try to understand every side and have learned a lot over the years. We've always been patients, but we're not victims. We're a business but we're not greedy. We're in medicine, kinda, but not diagnosing and we're not paid a kickback every time we prescribe this over that. We're disabled with jobs. We love animals but not like that. We have service dogs that are still learning during laws and medical change, hell, world change. So when people decide they can't play nicely with one another it makes it hard for us to know who's in the right and who has more than enough playing field. That's why it's hard to step between business and patient when the government just give us these toys, and you broke them. You broke them Illinois. This is why we cant' have nice things, er laws, in illinois.

1. No One's checking These People

Illinois, specifically Chicago, is the criminal capital, illegal gun capital, drug capital, crime capital of the world.

I'm sure from out of state it sounds like the law is easy here to get away from, that's not it either. We have, or had in marijuana for as long as I'm willing to tell you I've been in the industry, self regulated crime. I know that's not a good start but just listen for a moment and understand the we're nearing the end of prohibition. The end. Have you met someone that hasn't tried marijuana? Not very many. Self regulation. We all did our own little thing in our own little areas and we share what we can and mellow out, man.

That's why I can tell you other than collecting the money and stamping the licenses there's no one checking these places. They heard we're pretty gangster over there in California and Colorado, so who's going to tell on the weed man? We will. Most of us with medical licenses were treated like druggies with a fix and still are in many instances. Just to give all that away would be against the point, no?

The first day marijuana was legalized, there were lines around the block, venders with felonies, and the weed magically grew, was cut, dried, packaged, and delivered overnight because there was a lot of it. A lot of it is now gone again, even with those legal limits.Unless you're a patient, then what weed? Ha ha, there was never any weed!

2. Laws for thee! I have money!

These dispensaries aren't used to patients fighting back, not in Illinois it seems. That or they must think all of us are fat, lazy, stupid people that can't work because even though I hold a position of CEO even the lowest level bud tenders have shown me disrespect, as a paying customer AND patient. They make sure that you know about the lines they have to cross to provide... for you. Aww!

Thing is, every time we've seen cresco or revolution buy a place the service AND product goes INSTANTLY downhill. Every time and I've witnessed them buy out 3 now. Maybe they should spend more money on their seeds or something. We know they can because they don't spend it on background checks. We'd say this was a law thing, but it's not. You still can't work in a dispensary having just walked out of prison but wouldn't you know it.

Now, all of you know that I come off a little harsh, especially when pushed into a corner by people who do it to intimidate me. Maybe it's because I work and industry from a city littered with criminals that have learned intimidation or maybe my relationship with my dad I don't know. What I do know is when online want to be celebs attempt to gaslight and stalk me, I gaslight and stalk back. Call it a defense mechanism, or maybe horrible trait but need when it comes to getting into the mind of real scumbags like the kind that buy no-tested product to sell as product from another place or those selling stuff illegally made because they didn't know there was more than one kind of oil or when they join a dispensary to set it up for a robbery, or when people start dying from bad vape carts and mold maybe the powers that control that kinda thing will take care of it.

Now, I'm not a journalist and I don't share identities, I just think they should invest in background checks in 2020 if they don't want to invest in lawsuits. Looking at you Mindful. Earthmed... you're next.

3. Lawsuits

Lawsuits! There's already three of them! Ones even a class action!

Now, I've been in the industry a while and while I really, honestly tried to knock some sense into these people having worked with their parent companies for years now, or the industry, or patient advocacy and medical, or service dog law or literally any of the many hats I fill my time with (...thanks to CBD) or I've warned dispensaries I have to go to of what I do, they'll still do whatever they want because you don't have money. You're sick and you're a cripple, okay? You don't have real people money. At least it might as well sound that way with the way they've stacked up on the lawsuits. In fact, people started reporting to me thinking I knew to go about obtaining one.

Now, it wouldn't be fair transparency if we didn't mention one of them to be ours. Sadly, that's all I really can say because a lot of people have been coming forward and I think I'm going to stay quiet for a little bit. However, our friend Service Dog Paws doesn't have to stay quiet about the screencaps that were posted by Service Dog Headquarters posted from Mindful Dispensary to our Service Dog Training Log for Gotham and that is just the start of the bullshit I've gone through since people found out I was successful in CBD distribution and in fact, we've been informed they've been threatening our friends, but again... I'd like to stay quiet for a moment while I collect more information.

Say, did I also mention how I work in media and know about the websites being used by these kinds of people? I didn't?! We'll you see, the owner of these sites has been having people harass me for months but because we're unsure if he still works for or owns one of the dispensaries under investigation we'll say that pretending to be people isn't nice and threatening that people better never come to Chicago, when they aren't afraid of you and live here, also not a good idea.

4. Harboring Medicine from Patients

I know the look of a dispensary about to sell out. Everything goes away and becomes one brand for a little bit. That's how it happened with 3C and now Aurora with Mindful, IL in Addison and even our current site of investigation, EarthMED. We knew about the limit they've placed on their customers claiming it to be the cultivators who I've spoken to, all of them, there's no shortage. In fact, the only place with that two concentrate cap... is EarthMED.

That's why I find it so weird that they have products from October since our shortage started in Novemeber. Could it be to sell to recreational people at a higher price or maybe its because they're selling it illegally? I'll get back to you. I'm literally STILL taking in complaints.

It's not the cultivators, but we feel like it's odd how long the owners of EarthMED have been harboring medicine, most likely to sell to recreational patients, who spend on average $33 more than medical patients.

We'll be sure to keep you up to date on legal dispensaries, behaving well for the right reasons and doing the right thing with real labs and honest people and you concentrate on getting better. We can't fix all these problems ourselves. For now if you've been intimidated by remember how their intimidation of people not only is just words, and it's done happening.

5. Shane Gentry and Vincent Nicotra

Grab your tinfoil hats for a moment with me because this one's a doozy. Over the past six months I've been on an audit to a case I detailed for the FTC regarding Google's wrongful ban of legal hemp ads. Much like the Hemp Industry Association did with their Timesquares ad to catch the attention of Facebook admins, it's much hard to grab their attention if their email and social media is guarded by their new hire, untrained pet dog owner, Vincent Nicotra.

It's bad enough he threatened and harassed me, but he used my own family. He got into my friends list, made fake

profiles, fake companies, fake profiles, all to set others up with friend, Angel "Janis." It wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't forced to listen to twitch, discord voice chats, youtube videos and livestreams. Furthermore, because he'd studied me and my friends list, I was forced to listen to them mock me with personalized insults about my weight, my seizures, being raped, having my children taken, past abuse, a trusted flagger admit to gaslighting and stalking, a dispensary worker admitting to finding and running someone's debit card without their permission, doxxing paypal users, harassing porn stars and how they were going to frame people for it.

I've seen people other than me suffer far worse. I've overheard it as a hunt for mental illness which, check. Others claim a legion, a group of people set to out people for making false allegations... unless the allegation of the allegation is false. I actually went to someone in this legion, someone I once held a lot of respect for. I sent him pictures of being threatened of being doxed and projecting... a lot. See Vincent likes to use the same couple insults like Lazy and if you show people he'll claim libel or slander. While Shane Gentry aka Spaceboy was playing character Norm, someone who suffers from a seizure disorder, Vincent was also playing in my information. Vincent got a job at a dispensary, my dispensary, Mindful dispensary where he continued to dig through my personal friends and attempt to sell them PLANTBASED or oneplant cbd, CBD products that never passed inspection and we do not sell due to failed labs in some weird MLM type of deal that I'm getting accused of but should ask Shane about.

So, Vincent was feeding all my information back to a bunch of strangers on the internet to use against me for god knows what but I wasn't alone. If you've applied for a business license in hemp or cannabis, or you've ever purchased it, he's got you too.

This man attempted to ruin careers like Petty Paige and Nick Schneider, in fact pitting us all against each other. He mass flags, scams, and lies then accuses others for it. I've been told that they'll use CBD Piggy to get in, whatever that means and not only told I've cost someone money and will never work in the industry again by Tommy C, but they threatened others as well in an effort to control the creative space. They're even threatening me using the name of my own father because they're to pathetic to use their own, but that is something for another time. I'm not sure what that has to do with medical or moral benefit. I've witnessed people become suicidal, relapse, I've lost friends, was mocked for my federal service dog rights, I was banned from my dispensary for having a service animal, threatened by to shut the fuck up, kept up countless nights, had my ex abuser contacted and then stalked by a legion I didn't know existed of people I respected. When I went to protect them and tell them what was happening, I was asked for proof of where some other dude asked to touch me 2 years ago because they don't associate with false allegations, of which there are none, because people who don't expect to accuse people of thing don't have every time they've rejected sex on video. This is worth two years of stalking from someone you sponsored. This sort of feels like you're going after sexual assault victims or women who speak up to force them to change their story. Classy.

That said, it concerns me that this lunatic has total access to the biotrak system with everyone's private information of which they're using to find, neigh set up pedophiles, for Chris Hansen.

I know, that's the crazy part. This man who mocked everything from my seizures to getting "throat fucked" is in charge of children that are victim of sexual predators. This man, has all your personal information and has been threatening and doxing celebrities and youtubers for god knows how long, the guy mocking and harassing sexual assault is in charge of the child victims on Hansen vs Predator.

Don't take my word for it, I'm just going to let trusted creators of the Youtube space and the city of Chicago explain it to you.

Not to mention he dug through my friends, their friends, your friends, we're friends at this point. We all said and did some stupid stuff in the name of protecting ourselves and for that, I take responsibility and am truly sorry for my part. I'm very protective of my business and the partnerships, I've made and this guy has come between that, I have half a mind to wonder if there's anything else illegal being done at Mindful since Vincent works there and they hire felons. I'll keep you updated on that, and the current investigation and dispensary secret shop mission, now that I know Vincent won't manipulate it. I leave you with this video by Baked Salmon once again about this criminal working for Mindful and Chris Hansen because it was his channel that first was wrongfully flagged and taken down during the audit. I'm sorry it took me so long to see what was going on.

Google's up to something. We know it. We filed with the FTC against them and Facebook for unfair advertising and had audits subpoenaed, we've had billboards posted in times square posted by hempislegal.org. We've been working on an aggregator to skip big tech, opening advertising to our industry and ad revenue to demonetized creators and rising streamers and if there's anything we know, it's the big tech fight and how little their bias surprises us anymore.

However both businesses and creators keep getting blocked by "the man," who's actually a middle aged leftist woman named Susan, we've come to find out. While she's at Youtube, a Google company, it hemorrhages money and users, yet still having $25 million for Vox, the company that lead to one of the bigger advertiser bailouts (adpocolypse) to date. Google has gone from anything goes blocking it's services such as Social Blade or audit bots, manipulating algorithms to favor certain creators, blocking small businesses from advertising, prohibiting hemp lest you risk losing your channel, pandering to the lgbt community while also banning all lgbt creators from earning an income... the list goes on and on.

Many people have tried to come forward for a while about Google, but were written off as conspiracy theorists. Now, it would seem, creators and youtubers have begun to see the patterns are the ones exposing youtube and in a really big way.

It was late night show, Afterhours with AugieRFC ft Bowblax where we had first heard of Youtube's newest scandal. #Checkyourpscore went viral shortly before on twitter and coincidentally the original name of the episode in which we first heard about this issue. Afterhours, a livestream podcast regarding online news and banter, exposed the pscores Youtube had attempted to hide from creators. The news was kept quiet for 24 hours before they went public, however Youtube had the P-Scores hidden and patched by the time the show had ended. It took 2 hours.

Normally this isn't something of concern and some might argue that there's a possibly Youtube is just on top of it's game. We assure you it's not. Youtube has written an article patting itself on the back for ATTEMPTING customer service, something we all do for our businesses daily. We also wish to bring your attention back to TOONE, the creator whose account was hacked (another occurrence becoming more common at Youtube) causing the creator to lose his only source of income for the past 8 years. It two WEEKS for Youtube to respond. He had big name creators making videos and tweeting the company, however the company is notorious for having you DM them then muting you and never responding again. This is something Sinatra Says, creator and friend to our site and Afterhours, knows all too well. He's been tweeting youtube and emailing them every day for 2 months. They've taken his income as well, in the form of a full demonetization on his channel without explanation and not a single response.

This in mind, Youtube's jumping to silently fix the leaked pscore concern within 2 hours showed they had something to hide. Google has come under fire for politically swaying their search results on Google search as well as Youtube. This was mentioned on Afterhours as well as asking, What's your P-score?

P-scores, Bowblax explains, is the algorithm Youtube uses for videos to organize them into categories for advertisers. This was accompanied by a thorough document entitled YouTube’s P-Scores, Video Throttling, and More: A Comprehensive Guide By: Bowblax, Nicholars DeOrio, Optimus, Pescatore

We urge not only creators but those whom work with us for advertising to read it as we could never do as thorough a job as these four creators have, but we wanted to pick out some key parts we think needs a closer look.

P-Scores refer to an internal rating given by Google to channels to rate them based on five metrics according to a video that they released on April 10th, 2019. These metrics are all combined to, “surface among the most popular channels on YouTube.”

The five metrics are popularity, platform, passion, protection, production.

Popularity: Heavily driven by watch time. The more minutes that your videos are being watched, the better that this metric will influence your overall P-Score. Channels that put out longer videos will most likely have better ‘popularity rankings’ than channels that put out extremely short videos.

Passion: Leans more on engagement with an audience, so channels that have more devoted fanbases who engage content more with likes, comments, and in other methods likely will have better rankings in ‘passion.’

Protection: Based on how suitable content is for advertisers. Family friendly channels obviously will do great. Edgy content will not.

Platform: Beneficial to content that is frequently watched on larger screens, primarily TV screens. Seems to target growing audiences.

Production: Focuses on content that uses high-quality editing, camera footage, and more. The better the production value, most likely, the better the score.

Ideally, if you make the following type of content:

10+ minute videos with 45%+ viewer retention per video

A highly driven fanbase that shares your content, likes your videos more than the average creator, and comments opinions a lot

Is family friendly, little to no swearing, no sexual content, no violence, etc.

Content that can be watched on all devices, platforms and in all markets with ease

Content that focuses on high production values and good quality

This would make your P-Score higher than the average user.

Curious.

P-Scores appear to be more than just these five benchmarks being compared against your metrics, they appear to be more like overall scores of an account in general. When you look at a P-Score, it doesn’t give you insight on any strong suits for these five things. It only gives you the one unified number, which is your overall grade. The issue, however, is that creators have no way of determining or identifying the individual values for each of these benchmarks.

Creators who are doing great with popularity, platform and passion might never have the opportunity to fix their protection scores because they’d never know it’s an issue, for example. You can mix and match between these five to make problems for channels, but they could never fully reach their potential if they can’t identify an issue. Google knows that these are issues but does not alert creators or give them an opportunity to access this data without finding some sort of weird exploit to get to it.

Another major note for P-Scores is that they appear to be region-based. While obtaining scores for creators from the United States, we noticed that we were getting different scores for these same exact creators from Bowblax, a Canadian creator. He estimated that the average Canadian P-Score value for creators was ‘about 20 points less.’ To test our theory, we used a VPN from the United States to appear as a Canadian user, and we matched the numbers perfectly. P-Scores do appear to be region-based.

The document then goes in detail on how to locate a specific channels P-score, now invalid as it's been patched. They do however explain the guide to ratings that reminds us a lot of television, something we all know Youtube is attempting to become with their influx of comedy show clip channels hitting trending every day. They describe these ratings as Y, G, PG, Teen, Mature, and X. They explain these ratings in detail in the guide as well.

The team then brings to your attention throttling and what youtube has said and done to hide it from you. The team has an entire section on throttling code found as well. To throttle a function means to ensure that the function is called at most once in a specified time period (for instance, once every 10 seconds). This means throttling will prevent a function from running if it has run “recently”. Throttling also ensures a function is run regularly at a fixed rate.(bit.dev)

The team concludes; "At this point, we’re completely in the dark like usual with how YouTube has developed all of this and implemented this, and also on how they’ll react. We know that this information alone is extremely valuable to the YouTube community, and so figuring this out has been a potential revelation that can benefit creators for a long time to come.

YouTube will potentially fix these exploits to get your P-Score/other peoples’ P-Score very soon, possibly within hours or days. It’s best that you get your information now if you can in case there is no other way to get it. At this point, we’re unsure what this means specifically for the future. We just want this to help everyone else."

They were right. We were intrigued by the dedication these users put forth just to be patched two hours later. Still, the guide does hold some information within it that validates things we've said in the past as well as may help you as a creator or small business advertiser in the future. For more details on their findings, they've included a spreadsheet of 200 channels they looked at while investigating P-scores including friends of ours or friends of Blunt Media such as Steven Crowder, Cognificent Thought, WillyMacShow, Lord Vega, Pewds, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, to Kavos, Vox, Drama Alert, TV Network channels and even Susan herself. We urge everyone to read this and see it as the tip of the iceberg when it comes to problems we face and are trying to expose and change in the future of big tech control over the internet, social media, free speech, and fair business and advertising. As you witnessed from The Blacklist, we can't do it alone. We could pull out all the secrets of Google to expose them but without you sharing the information, no one will know of it. We walk the line, while we're writing an article we're not journalists. While we run a business, were not the big corrupt business behind the corruption of America keeping this industry back (but not down!) We're activists for marijuana legality and law reform, but we're not social justice warriors. We work with the disabled but only help those who are willing to help themselves. We create but we're not creators, advertise but aren't THOSE advertisers, we're in chat but not just viewers and we sponsor people but won't allow Youtube their cut because we feel they don't keep up their end to deserve it. We don't pay for no security or guarantee and no matter how much more they mess up the platform it won't bring back the hordes of advertisers that left the second they threw Pewdiepie under the bus. They'll blame advertisers which causes creators to shit on advertisers which leads to less advertisers wanting to pay the ungrateful youtubers and streamers who most brand dealers actively are attempting to make family friendly... but no one really cares about that. The advertisers aren't leaving because you curse, or because you're gay. They left because the company threw you under the bus, then blamed advertisers. They didn't stand by anyone. Their foundation is weak and many creators ate it up, shitting on the few people left to be able to sign a paycheck when youtube demonetized them. This is another way Youtube let down the very thing that runs it's service, video creators and their content.If they are willing to throw the very thing that makes them under the bus who's to say they won't throw a specific advertiser under the bus next time the going gets tough or the mute button breaks?

Your enemy is not the advertisers, but they do watch. CEO's are people like you, often attempting to fill the void of silence with some form of human connection and thus turning towards playing podcasts and streams in the background to keep themselves tuned in. Often times sponsorships are granted by a company asking for a channel by name that they watch themselves.They don't care that you're edgy like late night, they don't care that you play ads, they don't care about any of that. In fact, in the beginning youtube would let you pick out keywords and channels to NOT advertise with. What happened to that simple system?

Now imagine you working your butt off in an effort to build something to help creators out of your own time, money and free will only to overhear creators wrongfully judging, attacking, and shitting on them. It won't bring them back for Youtube ads and it won't bring them back to sponsor your channel privately. On that note, ads are often chosen via automatic aggregation, and private sponsorships requiring adreads and commercial fare have begun to work together on aggregating their ads without Youtube and Google, through brand dealers like our BluntBrands and Famebit. They have their own rating system and ability to warn other businesses from a creator with bad practices; such as theft, slander, bad behavior, breaking contracts etc. Together with Youtube's new P-score, if your listed as hard to work with on a popular aggregator where businesses come to talk about changing the way we advertise online, you could have all the influence in the world and be completely un-marketable.

Many managers in the livestream communities have taken this as a call for censorship and family friendly content completely unaware that it will do nothing for them due to the actions and behaviors displayed by that channel. Knowing the type of social scoring Google seems to be going for on youtube, this seems like it will soon jump into the finances of more than just youtubers and content creators, but the privacy of all of it's users while it attempts to monopolize the internet, Google known to often steal script from smaller app developers that cannot afford to sue them. This puts an emphasis on BBB, who holds Facebook and Google in high regard DESPITE THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SCORE and endless reports of them simply refusing to contact and ignoring correspondence. This is the biggest example of unfair business practice on the net. Money, threats, and size get you a better business score, even if your business is terrible. Business Yellow Pages app Yelp got in trouble for doing similar a few years back, however being a dedicated contact and advertising platform, they are subject to FTC limitations the BBB is not, like antitrust and fair competition law. Oftentimes BBB is used as an effort to threaten businesses during this age of cancel culture and I'm here to tell you, BBB has no control over anything. You go, you complain, you feel better, our junk email collects the report we'll never respond to. This is common and probably easier for the BBB which is why they don't send letters, make calls, even contact business emails rather than report emails. The goal isn't really to fix your concern. It's to be a standard that no one checks anymore.

Good news is, millennials are coming to professional positions in an effort to change. They're journalists, creators, small businesses and some becoming big businesses. They're learning what we've learned a while back and why most of our clients hire us in the first place. The power of the internet is truly in it's users. Your influence is due to your user engagement. Livestreams would not be entertaining without it's chat, it's users. Your fans, your end user, should be how your scored on Youtube. It was. It worked. Your channel would grow and become promoted or trending based on the website's end users. They'd watch, subscribe, like or dislike your videos which would bring those with positive interaction to the top and worse to the bottom per day, per video and it worked. Now you have a P-score.

The internet will find it if it exists and this can be both a good and bad thing, however we understand this power and would rather be on the site of the internet users, the people. You can confuse and gaslight but you cannot tell them what to think. They find truth and they share it. They judge openly. They will tell you if you ask. This is why we don't "cancel" sponsorships to creators due to witch hunts but listen to the complaints and only end contracts if the user is posing harm to their or our community. This is why we urge interaction between businesses and why we partner with so many of them willing to work together for fair ads to help the creators we grew up watching and we know and love. So next time you get that offer for a small business working with your channel, see if you can work together on a deal for advertising for tomorrow they could own one of the biggest businesses or aggregators in the world and it would be amazing if we all could grow together, bigger than the biggest tech.

However, crawlers and aggregators use code to find video and Google is aware of this, often times intentionally scripting or patching code to intentionally prevent devs and aggregation to its content creators. Even though youtube won't pay them, you can't either. Google has blocked us on multiple occasions which is why we had our data pulled for a 3rd party audit, why we're botting in your chats, and why BOT7 from the sbai app... a Youtube account with regular watch hours (its to imitate a moderate to active user) with no video uploads was banned for breaking upload terms of service. Youtube has muted us over a year ago, they refuse to respond to email as well and we aren't given the option to appeal. This is one of 8 audit bots proving Google is manipulating this P-score for planted creators and favorites, like Juicewrld, whom published a video earlier this year of YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki allegedly promising him Artificial Growth covered below by our friend Memology101.

Without this video many may not have even begun to look into the artificial growth and manipulation Google is capable of and actively using, like the manual review process that we've come to find demonetizes all videos during prime views we suspect to not have to pay creators for the first few hours when they make the most on their videos. Under review, you won't get monetized until the views begin to slow down. Something we're also looking into but think should be known.

It's 2019 and big name tech has proven they cannot handle the great responsibility Google has taken upon itself.The same goes for those who witch hunt with some sense of power, businesses who want to control all the money flow, and pharma companies who put the lives and health of their customers second to their income. These, the main enemy in the battle of internet freedom and if you like your freedom of speech and don't believe in wrong think, MUST be exposed to the rest of the creators and the internet if we have any hope of stopping it for the future. We could lose it all to censorship without creators like these that go above and beyond to expose the truths on the internet.

While there are resources to make cannabis companies more sustainable, there’s little incentive to utilize them. So how can we motivate the legal industry to embrace eco-friendly practices?

The cannabis industry has a major plastic problem.

According to the non-profit Plastic Oceans International, the world produces 300 million tons of plastic every year. Half of that — 150 million tons — is for single-use purposes. While these issues clearly extend far beyond the reaches of the cannabis industry, state packaging regulations have forced many business owners to seek out the cheapest options in order to keep the lights on.

Take, for instance, a standard disposable vaporizer pen. Beyond the materials of the pen itself, California state law requires that the product arrive to the dispensary in child-proof packaging. At that point, it is then purchased, where it is placed into another child-proof bag. That’s a whole lot of plastic for 200 puffs. According to the firm BDS Analytics, sales in California for disposable vape pens nearly doubled from $3.4 million to $6.42 million between January and March of 2018.

That’s a huge amount of plastic being discarded every day in the weed world — and it’s only getting worse.

“It's disturbing,” says Steve D’Angelo, founder of the famed dispensary Harborside and a major figure in the industry. “It's repugnant to the values that cannabis teaches us.”

The crux of the issue lies with the law.

California’s regulations regarding packaging stipulate that “all cannabis and cannabis products be sold in child-resistant packaging.” That means plastic tubes for pre-rolls and additional protective packaging for items like edibles, vape cartridges, and flower.

Anyone who has visited a dispensary in a legal market has likely engaged in the depressing process of digging their way through multiple levels of petroleum-based, non-recyclable plastic to get to the cannabis product within. These rules requiring child-resistant packaging are not endemic to the country’s largest cannabis market, either — nearly every state with a regulated marijuana industry has adopted similar laws. The result is lots and lots of single-use plastic being thrown away every time a customer arrives home from a dispensary.

For D’Angelo, the current situation is the antithesis of what cannabis is supposed to be about.

“One of the things that cannabis teaches us is to respect Mother Nature and to treasure her gifts,” he noted in a phone interview with MERRY JANE. “These regulations don't do that. Frankly, it's disgusting to see the amount of waste that goes on. I get disgusted every time I buy a cannabis product and, in order to get to the cannabis, I have to work my way through three or four levels of completely unnecessary packaging.”

While the sustainable options available to cannabis manufacturers — who represent the stage in the process where packaging first comes into play —may be limited, there are a few companies that have made it their mission to offer environmentally-friendly alternatives to the glut of plastic pre-roll tubes and flower jars that are pervasive throughout the market. But these companies are few and far between. At present, while there are resources to make cannabis companies more sustainable, it's ultimately the lack of incentive to utilize them that prevents any change. So then, how can we motivate the legal industry to embrace eco-friendly practices?

As writer Whitney Mallett noted in a 2017 feature for MERRY JANE, there are many packaging companies that define their products as sustainable without actually making good on the promise. One especially egregious example is ABC Packaging Direct, which bafflingly suggests that its line of disposable plastic bags offer “a positive impact on the environment.” Mallett also points out that terms like “green” and “eco” are often employed as eye-catching buzz words — a tactic commonly known as “greenwashing.”

Fortunately, not every company has let its moral compass go up in smoke.

Take Denver’s Sana Packaging, for example. The business was created after Ron Basak-Smith and James Eichne, two University of Colorado Boulder graduate students, realized that few (if any) packaging companies targeting the cannabis industry had embraced sustainability as their guiding principle. Launched in 2016, Sana Packaging makes its packaging from biodegradable materials like hemp biocomposite and recycled ocean plastics.

“Our basic thing is that we no longer want to create single-use petroleum plastic packaging for the cannabis industry,” said Basak-Smith, Sana’s co-founder. “When we looked at the regulations in place, we saw that it was very difficult for anything to be made out of sustainable materials with the child-resistance [packaging requirements&91;. That really took out all of the current options.”

In order to offer a sustainable alternative, Basak-Smith and Eichner had to develop their own material sources. While Basak-Smith is fiercely proud of the work he and his partner have done, he conceded that in order for Sana Packaging to stay afloat, their prices are two to three times what other, non-environmentally focused packaging companies charge.

“That’s really what we're trying to work through right now,” Basak-Smith said. “What is the willingness to pay for sustainable materials? I think we've got into a situation where [people&91; value the price — whatever that means — over the environment.”

With sustainable packaging coming in at a substantially higher price point, Basak-Smith acknowledged that many cannabis manufacturers simply employ a cost-benefit analysis and decide that saving money is their top priority.

“Companies have to make a profit,” he said. “We're trying to get people to pay more for packaging, which is obviously not the easiest sell. At the same time, the industry does want to do what's right with packaging. People don't want to be wasteful.”

One such person is Kial Long, Vice President of Marketing for CannaCraft in Northern California.

CannaCraft is one of the more popular cannabis manufacturers in the state, having partnered with absoluteXtracts, Care By Design, and Satori. The company is eager to embrace sustainability when it comes to packaging. The issue, according to Long, partially stems from concerns that cannabis regulations may change yet again — a worry that leaves her uneasy about ordering packaging in the quantities required for the choice to make fiscal sense.

“Last year, we didn't really have any insight into what [California’s&91; permanent regulations would be in six months,” Long explained by phone. “To make the investment at that point, we would've needed to buy packaging in really small increments, which would not have been a good business decision. We are a little bit more comfortable buying our packaging in bulk these days, but there's still some hesitation about how things might pan out.”

Long estimates that child-resistant packaging adds about 10 percent to CannaCraft’s total packaging expenses each month, equating to roughly $20,000. California law currently offers no incentives or subsidies to companies for embracing sustainable packaging. In a statement provided to MERRY JANE, a representative for the California Department of Public Health confirmed the state’s current regulations do not explicitly address this subject:

“The Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA) mandates that all cannabis and cannabis products be sold in child-resistant packaging,” a California Department of Health official stated by email. “Many packaging options exist that are compliant with this standard, including environmentally-friendly ones.”

Despite being one of the most progressive states when it comes to combating climate change, California apparently isn’t concerned with translating its green-friendly attitude to its cannabis industry. At least not yet.

One company that has reportedly taken initiative to become more sustainable is Dosist, makers of disposable vaporizer pens tailored to trigger specific effects. Dosist’s recycling program involves collection bins at various dispensaries where their products are sold. Customers who return a used pen receive a $5 discount on their next Dosist purchase. Working in partnership with the waste hauler company GAIACA, recycled pens are then sorted at a facility in Del Rey Oaks, CA. While Dosist was unable to provide any data on the number of pens recycled to date, the program serves as evidence that such efforts are possible if the necessary interest and resources are available.

For Nick Kovacevich — CEO of KushCo Holdings, one of the industry’s premier vendors for cannabis packaging — biding his time in hopes that the industry eventually mandates sustainable practices simply wasn’t an option.

“While a state government subsidy would be incredible and the industry would embrace that,” Kovacevich explained, “we think if history is any bearer of the future, we cannot rely on the state for guidance. We need to take the proactive step, and that is what we feel we are doing.”

To that end, KushCo Holdings has joined with the Sustainable Packaging Coalition, a “membership-based collaborative that believes in the power of industry to make packaging more sustainable,” whose members include corporate heavyweights like Verizon Wireless, McDonald’s, and Procter & Gamble. Despite Kovacevich’s enthusiasm for adopting the eco-friendly practices encouraged by the SPC — the organization’s stated goal is to ensure all packaging across industries is sourced responsibly, optimized for efficiency, effectively recovered, non-toxic, and low impact — he suggested that a big picture outlook, one that prioritizes sustainability for the cannabis industry, is also warranted.

“If we step back, we see the quantity of plastics our industry produces and wastes,” he said. “We also think it’s important to keep context, meaning, Amazon, Walmart and other major global realtors send thousands of boxes every day. Pinpointing the cannabis industry, as some outlets have, is a small waste target when compared to the larger retailers. Sustainability is a priority for us because it’s the right thing to do. We see our ourselves as industry change agents, and we want others to follow our lead in this effort.”

While CannaCraft’s Long said she’d be in favor of the state taking a more active interest in encouraging environmental practices, she’s also not planning to wait around.

Instead, CannaCraft developed a native 510 thread cartridge — the units that are filled with cannabis oil for vape pens — which were recently certified as child-resident under the requirements of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

“Prior to getting certified,” Long said, “we were adding over 100,000 plastic tubes into the market each month to make sure our vape cartridges were child-resistant. Now, with this new manufacturing process — and with the way that we're able to seal the cartridges — we have received certification which means they are child-resistant on their own now.”

In essence, CannaCraft has removed one level of plastic from the equation by making the cartridges themselves child-resistant and thus eliminating the need to encase them in an additional layer of child-resistant packaging.

Unfortunately, many companies are unable to invest the resources necessary to develop similar, sustainable packaging. Instead, they’re hoping that the industry will pool its resources and share its innovations to ensure environmentally-sound packaging is available to all. Long said that CannaCraft is all in favor of this approach.

“I think this is bigger than our margins,” she explained. “I think the fight against the overuse of plastic is something that our company holds in higher regard than the small savings on our packaging. We'd be very interested in helping other companies get there.”

For Steve D’Angelo of Harborside, the concept of the government subsidizing sustainable packaging appeals to his nature as an environmentalist. But it doesn’t address what he believes is the root of the problem.

“I think it would be counterproductive unless the state coupled it with rather dramatic tax decreases and made the packaging regulations more reasonable,” he said. “With the imposition of taxes and the added cost of compliance — and given how easy it is to obtain cannabis in California in an unregulated way — something like 50 percent of the people in the regulated market outflow [product&91; to the unregulated market. Doing anything that increases the price of cannabis in regulated dispensaries right now will threaten the very existence of a legal market.”

In other words, if companies that use eco-friendly packaging are not incentivized, they won’t embrace sustainability at a time when the black market is cutting into their profit margins at all ends.

D’Angelo also questions the logic of child-resistant packaging in the first place. He notes that other products — ones that, unlike cannabis, have a proven track record of doing serious harm — are not subject to the same level of regulation.

“I see aspirin and other over-the-counter drugs being sold in containers that are not childproof. I see tobacco being sold in containers that are not childproof. I see alcohol being sold in containers that are not childproof. Then I see cannabis — which is safer than any of those substances — being wrapped in these completely superfluous and unnecessary layers of packaging. It's appalling.”

With more alarming news about the current climate crisis arriving each day, the cannabis industry is uniquely situated to lead the charge on a pivot away from petroleum-based products. And, rather ironically, it was the petroleum and plastics industries that helped make cannabis illegal in the first place. So it would only be fitting if the newly-legal cannabis industry were to push back against the corporations that are creating waste and packing landfills to the brim by making it standard to abandon plastic packaging.

How can cannabis blaze an eco-friendly path? That may mean revisiting current packaging requirements and questioning the validity of their stringency. It may also mean developing a less punitive tax structure that allows smaller businesses to use their subsequent savings or profit from increased sales on sustainable packaging. It’s possible that companies will need to consider making their proprietary environmentally-beneficial packaging designs open source for all to use, too. There will almost certainly need to be a lot more companies like Sana Packaging if the entire industry is to ultimately embrace a sustainable approach. Most likely, a combination of all of the above will be required.

Weaning an industry off non-recyclable single-use plastic is no easy task. It will take participation from every facet of the industry in order to succeed. But if the fight for access to regulated cannabis has proven anything thus far, it’s that precedent is no match for perseverance.

What is CBD Isolate or Crystalline? How do I use it? With so many CBD products available, it can become overwhelming when making a decision. You log onto your most trusted site, like Natural Healthy CBD, and you will find a list of oils, skincare, tinctures, edibles, cbd vape products, and more for humans and pets alike. It can seem like a decision that may take forever, keeping in mind taste and price, not to mention the company or multiple forms of shipping.

CBD isolate is 99.8% CBD, meaning you get 998mg of CBD per gram - all in a tiny container container of powder. Since isolate is pure isolated CBD, it will should not contain any other cannabinoids or terpenes and is not considered a full-spectrum product like most sublinguals, or products you use by placing under the tongue. While many people use the CBD isolate and find relief, it's important to note that it's possible to have different results with full spectrum products and isolate products.

Since the product is so concentrated in a small volume, most people choose to add their isolate to a larger base so they are able to accurately measure doses. Depending on the type of isolate you choose, it may be able to simply add a higher dose of CBD to your regular daily regimine!

Tinctures

Since CBD isolate is naturally oil soluble, you may find benefit by adding a small pinch of the powder to fully dissolve into any preferred oil! It usually takes about 10-15 minutes to fully dissolve.

It's recommended you use 2 oz. of oil and 1 gram of isolate, which is about 16.5mg of CBD per ml. Flavoring like peppermint or vanilla can be added to your tincture for a sweeter taste, same for meaty flavors like bacon fats. Now you've got yourself an extra strength tincture that you didn't break the bank for! Then simply add a few drops under the tongue or to your food or beverage!

Hemp is legal, so what’s the deal? Is it your privilege or your narrative causing changes in your online experience? Be it the ads shown in your browser, the results when you search, the news you’re allowed to read, the accounts you’re allowed to have, the thoughts you’re not allowed to have. It seems far-fetched for the average person, but censorship and silencing may be closer to home than it seems. We all would like to feel like we have free speech but how would we know our speech is being stifled if we aren’t allowed to speak about it?

When it comes to calling to action and social marketing, no one has been “in the loop” more than Kimber Mc, CEO of multi brand hemp and cbd distribution company Natural Healthy CBD, which is not an an easy task. One hundred and 50 or so brands in the most taboo industry since the adult industry trust her to list only the most honest companies beside them and place their products in the hands of influencers and reviewers they can trust to remain unbiased. This mission, based on the need for honesty to remain in the hemp market as long as possible, had her in the center of Vidcon's preferred advertisers conference late 2015 listening to Youtube's newest CEO, Susan Wojcicki's plan for the popular platform responsible for 75% of Googles shared social adspace? According to the 2017 Social Media Marketing Industry Report, 65% of marketers with 3+ years social media experience are interested in YouTube. So why choose to create and dev a private ad to influencer platform instead of following the funnel into Youtube's adspace? As many CBD companies are aware, they were forced into it.

What happens the day your channel is suspended and deleted from Youtube? What do you do? Who do you tell? What if Facebook bans you? Then twitter? Your phone goes off to alert you that your bank account has been shut down and so has your paypal. Suddenly no one wants to so much as utter your name on youtube less they risk their channel as well, having had their pay cut down to a fourth this year already. Who do you tell? Who would believe you? Strap in for this one and wrap your tinfoil hat tight, we’re jumping into a deep rabbit hole here.

Youtubers are getting hit hard in the name of political correctness causing them to lose their careers in the name of censoring wrong think. Many channels have had to change paths when it comes to content or the ways they present theirs, often causing harm to the very people Youtube claims to want to protect in the first place. However with news breaking about Antitrust and Big Tech in US Federal Court, is it too late? Is there still time to save free speech on the internet? Strap in for this one and wrap your tinfoil hat tight, we’re jumping into a deep rabbit hole here.

While most CBD companies do their best to stay away from politics or personal opinion in general today's political climate makes it near impossible for the average hemp business to stay away. While youtubers are getting demonetized with a handful losing their paypal entirely, no one is speaking up about those leading the way in the revolution and legalization losing their ability to take payments being taken from over them a year ago. Law abiding, tax paying citizens have been without paypal and most without processing since we've been a legal industry. This isn't a pity party, it's a revelation on how much we all have in common and what we can accomplish if we work together.

To understand entirely we have to go back to about a year ago when we were one of two CBD companies privately sponsoring youtubers. We noticed an influx of millenials now unemployed or unable to pay bills with absolutely no education or work ethic, no understanding of how hard it was to make a dollar or anything making them employable in average society making it nearly impossible to do anything other than the one thing they've done since childhood, Youtube. Our CEO was a preferred ad partner with Youtube, a program for top level management and ad agencies along with corporate and famous channels and networks. That's around the time we began trying to get word out about the dreaded Blacklist. Since October 18th 2018, shortly after our return, we reached out to many regarding this blacklist having it laughed off and even having our Twitter at the time deleted.

When our tweets were taken down, we were quoted only by failed journalist theQuartering (Who now goes by multiple youtube channel names) whom claimed he had "reached out for quote but of course the company hasn't responded." While his video had been made public only a few hours after our tweet was quoted, he never reached out. In fact, when we tried to reach out to correct the misinformation spread by theQuartering, we were surprised to see he had blocked us instead. What's more, he attempted to block us from speaking to every youtuber he could, including now banned theRalphRetort and Mister Metokur. TheQuartering attempted to slander us as "crazy," blaming us for the removal of Tim Pool and Bearing, of which we had absolutely no part in. He refused to correct this information and thus our attempt at publicizing the censorship that was to come was... well, censored.

The truth, now that you're all being forced to listen,

is that Google wants you to funnel your money through them they want total control of business relationships on youtube and the internet.

The call to inform everyone that their free speech was at risk due to political bias and a push from Google had fallen on deaf ears. At the time it seemed like a theory for those in tinfoil hats but it was just as evident and scary to us then as today. The difference is maybe we could have spread the message further, faster, and prevent the loss of 50% of all creator earnings at the risk of everyone's free speech.

While never corrected, theQuartering has since released a video regarding google being exposed in which he claims he knew and how proud he is of Project Veritas. We don't like to share fake news, but we do like to give credit where it's due and no one deserves credit like Josh Pescatore and Tim Pool (yes, aforementioned Tim Pool) at Project Veritas.

See the most recent video as of the writing of this article, in the link EXPOSED: Political Censorship in Big Tech where Project Veritas, taglined "Whistleblowers Welcome" exposes Google's top level executives exposing this plan for Google as a whole.

We're sure the timing was just on point, however it wouldn't be the first time an online deep dive has caused us to cross pass with the journalists at Veritas. Pool, punished by youtube was first introduced to us above. However Pescatore, once part of the DramaAlert Youtube News Team, has entered the same circles while working on our autoads system and affiliate upgrades, including what many in the hemp industry and live stream communities know as SBAI or ScoutBuddy AI and the upcoming twitter BluntBot, both in development. It came as no surprise that when we came upon a Google conflict, Veritas was right there as well. This goes to show how in the know Veritas is, their reach further than even they're aware, leaving one to believe that many are against corruption. Like the CBD industry made it through their banning of payment processing, it would seem journalists at Vertias are breaking though the walls of search censorship. Even today you can't find them on the front page of Google but they're being mentioned in news articles across the internet that aren't silenced. Who knew people would stand up for free speech?

When it come to our CEO, she's made her stance clear as she stands for the sick and the small and built Natural Healthy CBD, herein NCH, on that principle. She's gained notoriety originally at patient 01 for medical marijuana in her state and has been extremely influential in legalization while battling her own chronic ailments, was made a victim of the state, punished as a warning to those who pushed for legalization. We don't know when he found out about Google but we can promise at this point he does listen and investigate.

We recommend Veritas to anyone looking for fact driven information. Pescatore is seeminly in support of free speech and freedom of information, which is exactly what Project Veritas sets out to protect, which is probably the second biggest reason they've been deleted and banned from the internet's biggest platforms.

The number one reason would absolutely be the glorious work they did at getting insider information proving Google was bias and they were changing search algorithms and thus, video content, in their favor. Google, the biggest search platform in the world, claimed it would be bias for the greater good to prevent the election of President Donald Trump again like he had been in 2016... which is election meddling... isn't it?

Not for Google! Google it!

Google having the ability to change the past and socially engineer the future sounds quite Orwellian in nature. Truth is it's a duopoly, meaning that with Facebook and it's subsidies, Google (and parent company Alphabet) controls the public square. They are acting both as platform and publisher, leaving them to get away with whatever they wish, like election meddling.

Recently, Youtube ( a Google/Alphabet Company) declared it would be removing monetization and possibly banning creator on creator related content. Ironically, Josh Pescatoire said it best on his Twitter:

For Google to have this much confidence in their advertiser algorithm is astonishing. You mean to tell me that this algorithm is so advanced, has been so well trained that it now can determine INTENT?

Our first published mention of the hidden goings on at Google was July 2018 in an article titled YOUtube is DONE with YOU! Shane Dawson & Jake Paul Predict the End of Youtube where we laid out all the unjust things we saw coming into play at Youtube and Google that just didn’t sit right. Shane Dawson is not a new character around here. His connection to us actually helped us to see the difference in how Youtube treated its creators of larger size with benefits, like allowing them to do what others lose their channels for, like his meowjuana campaign with CBD while the rest get banned for it. Also choosing only three creators being chosen to sit down with Youtube CEO Susan Wojcicki, Shane was one of them. His display and constant change of content has been very insightful when it comes to Youtube’s favoritism, to no fault of his own.

Other noteworthy topics included a theory that Shane’s platform was being used to give a voice to those who had it taken away. However, these voices weren’t the one’s the public wanted, choosing the likes of Logan Paul and Tana Mongeau (of infamous Tanacon scandal.)

The big points we tried to outline was that Susan Wojcicki isn’t for creators or Youtube as a whole and the changes she’s outlined and put into motion have failed the platform on a global scale. First, failed move to remove Pewdiepie, slandering the voice of the only person who controls the narrative of her platform, someone she considers right leaning. Not to mention Youtube hasn’t made a profit in a long time, hemorrhaging an astounding $80 billion dollar market cap in 2018 alone. Taking that into account,if you own a small business no matter the size, is more successful than current Youtube. Let that sink in. Sadly, essentially the golden years of youtube are over for creators since the first algorithmic shift into what Youtube creators call the “ad-pocolypse” or era of lost revenue. Wojcicki’s job on the line, youtube needed to do something! Susan’s plan was to obviously cut the earnings of the very people that caused it to exist in the first place, then giving an approx. $20 million instead to corporate Vox media, declaring they would now be held accountable for fact finding and weeding out fake news, ironically. Don’t take our word for it, allow parent company Verge to explain how they were the only Youtuber to get a $20 million dollar grant towards “educational content.”

Here we introduced you to our friend @AntonioChavezsn over at Memology101, the main person behind breaking and exposing the Betterhelp scandal. Following the likes of Candid and now Betterhelp it’s no surprise that youtube also pushed itself into your privacy by minding your data by collecting your DNA. It is Memology101 that helped lead us to information regarding Susan’s sister, Anna Wojciciki, and her being the founder of another forced Youtube ad campaign, 23andme.

Sound familiar? It should as they’re now on Amazon and aiming for Twitch, gaining popularity from creators the likes of Keemstar and WoahVicky. 23andme is a genetic DNA and testing facility, an odd service to push to the youth of youtube. We suggest you read both of these articles to better inform yourself of the falsities in Youtube Advertising, one that uses creators such as Phillip Defranco to push the exact narrative they want pushed.

So when Phillip Defranco comes out and pushes new channel like Jennelle Eliana it immediately caught the attention of the Memology101 and BluntMed team, who recognized her as someone who attempted to use one of our ad services but was removed due to number manipulation. Now she’s gaining followers it takes most Youtubers years to obtain, Philly D, owner of advertiser network Rogue Rocket, known for their shady ads practices pushing her above all the other hard working creators, and Youtube themselves even publishing tweets and instagrams pushing a channel with only two videos and that barely uploads. Memology 101 is currently keeping everyone informed with his series YouTube Manages to Artificially Grow a Channel Under Our Noses.

In his series (as of this article’s publication is up to 5 parts) he calls out Defranco and the growth but he hasn’t quite touched on the fact that the channel is being supported by Google, the same antitrust culprits who may lose their ability to rig search results in federal court. What can we do to control the youth if not change their search habits? Plant a celebrity with a narrative.

Yes, Google and Youtube is being investigated along with top line Big Tech companies to get to the bottom of the thousands of complaints the FTC received against the company this year alone.

Attorney General William Barr's Justice Department has opened a broad antitrust inquiry into potentially anti-competitive behavior from Amazon, Google and Facebook.Third party analysts have been hired to audit and investigate these Tech giants and their key players. Among those to work on the audit were some of the original reporters to the FTC, who’s asked for data and findings into the claims that Google has been illegally working while breaking antitrust laws. Oh boy, are we going to give it to them!

That's right, we were among the first to call to action your complaints to the FTC or Federal Trade Commission, in control of Antitrust and Fair Competition.

What makes Facebook and their child companies of instagram and snapchat a part of the problem?

When Steven Crowder sued Facebook, it was due to them being hidden from the public.

Today, and since the day our audit was announced, we’ve been banned from even PRIVATE personal messaging. Facebook is censoring what you see and say in PRIVATE messaging, since it’s illegal to just downright delete our business, who’s profile connects to Google business shopping and advertising, often popping you into Amazon to purchase with your paypal or credit card. As a legal, tax paying, licensed business we run our ecommerce like any other, with legal banking and processing in the United States, they can't just delete an entire company.

That is, unless payment and internet presence were taken from you because of who you voted for as president or because you refuse to sell your share of a very new industry to. One that hasn’t yet been tainted like the big pharmaceutical corporations, but will be soon as shares of hemp are purchased and companies dissolve daily wiping out the families that started it for the sick in the name of large profits. This is easy if your friends are the credit card companies, most banks and social media and advertising platforms. What control for someone who has yet to win the election.

NHC has a goal to prevent this as long as possible in their small industry with their collab not to compete principle.This is actually how we at NHC outline our business, giving every single company that can pass a lab test and sample quality survey a fair chance to visibility and criticism. Incorporating Blunt Med we were able to maintain our unbiased point of view while providing creators a chance at assisting in the spread of information and advertising of the industry at large. Our network of creators are just as much a part of our service as every single company and collectively we were all being shut down, at one time NHC being the only sales some of these companies we able to make as their processing was taken from them with no rhyme or reason.

When the audit started we were shocked that our personal business messages were being blocked. Facebook had deliberately blocked us on their social site, which is okay because no one really uses Facebook anymore anyways.

So, even with our link blatantly blocked and that report link going absolutely nowhere,we find ourselves faced with possibly the biggest change to Big Tech since Google... and we’re the 3rd party auditors.due to our original FTC complaint.

While we originally thought it would be just Google to be held accountable for the past indiscretions, Facebook was also dragged into federal court earlier this year due to their overstepping their rights to your privacy. Not even a year later, news is already buzzing regarding a Facebook owned and operated cryptocurrency.

With so many options already available along with the Facebook data breach, who in their right mind would want to place their trust (and money) into the hands of Zuckerberg? Why, those with no other options and no other platform because together with Mastercard and some well placed threats from Google, they’re sure of your desperation. Not only are they attempting to create a solution to a seemingly illegal method of business, Facebook may have been behind creating the actual problem in the first place.

Now in the wake of the antitrust investigations on Facebook and Google, we now find payment systems like Mastercard, Streamlabs, Paypal, and Apple Pay that seem to be next on the audit line with the companies they coincide like Twitch, Youtube and Discord for laundering and fraud accusations among antitrust breaches they committed themselves.

In the wake, suddenly 8chan, an anonymous image board, lost their cloudflare service after its founder called in to action the site close its doors. At the moment, connection to 8chan is spotty, working more for some than others.This is troublesome and seems like a quickened, if not panicked progression to what we feared, censorship over the internet. Not just censorship, but bias algorithms in search, ads, and finances that the average person not working in youtube or censored themselves would even notice. It's like subtle brainwashing en masse.

Is it too late? With entire works deleted from youtube, websites hidden from Facebook and Google, an Amazon-Apple alleged scandal, corruption and antitrust violations from the very websites we hoped to allow us the freedom to be social censoring our words, what's keeping us safe from losing places like reddit, 4chan, or the kiwi farms or will places like Amazon’s Twitch be over taken by Microsoft’s Mixer or will it all crash and burn because who’s to say what’s wrong or what's offensive and where the line stops? The VPN services we suddenly trust our information to?

NHC’s dev team has been collecting as much as they can in regards to their audit however they’re not in the business of detective work, their CEO working with a small team at a time to manage that and the audit, as she is quoted as having multiple app and web development projects in the works. With 150 partnerships, one would need to keep up, It brings business to a near halt when you can’t use money or advertising and you’re given a project. We all hope the project does what we set out to do, Keep speech free and stay out of the american election. Let us make our own decisions.

The situation has caused NHC CEO to open a “board of trustees” featuring the likes of other hemp and cannabis industry CEOs, industry journalist, scam investigators, journalists, insiders, reviewers, labs, cultivators, lawyers, doctors and more and she’s going to bring them together in a way that fits their busy positions yet allowing them to discuss important industry news without censorship or paid bias that we can then share with the public in the most transparent and responsible way possible.

As for Google, they’ve prevented us from publishing as news and thus not many people except those that already follow us in some form or another, will ever see this publication.
