Can someone explain to me like I'm five, how "wearing a damp towel like it's a blanket" keeps me cool despite it being Fuck Your Life temperatures? I know THAT it works (thank goodness), and apparently it's something to do with evaporation and thermodynamics, but I don't understand HOW it works, especially since the towel is more "lukewarm" than "cool".
