SOMEBODY PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY RVERY SINGLE AKUMATIZED VILLAIN IN THE FIRST SEASON IS IN THE INTRO AND ADRIEN IS THERE TOO?!?! ONE OF THESE THINGS IS NOT (yet) LIKE THE OTHERS?!?! Could he, perhaps, in season two, be AKUMATIZED? Picture this: it’s Valentine’s Day, and Marinette asks Adrien out, but he declines, declaring his love for another. She assumes it’s Chloe, and this puts her in a bad mood. Later that day, Cat asks out Ladybug, but she snaps and rudely snubs him. This puts him in a vulnerable enough place for him to be Akumatized, leaving Ladybug to fight him alone. And sure, MAYBE Marinette could be Akumatized, but she seems too optimistic for that. Plus, look at Adrien’s face when Ladybug evades him:
He’s so crestfallen, it isn’t hard to believe that if she outright denied him, harshly, not in the joking way that is their banter, he might just be sad/mad enough to get Akumatized. This could possibly lead to THE reveal as she decides to at least give him the consolation prize of knowing her identity.
