Eddie "Cuddlebug" Kaspbrak

I think Eddie is a the sort to fall asleep at the drop of a hat sometimes, like the sort that can sleep real easy in cars and during movies

Mike found out during the first sleepover the losers had that had Beverly, Ben and Mike there cause the other trio spent so much time trying to figure out who was gonna be Eddie's cuddle buddy that he'd already sat himself next to Mike and then they could only warn him after Eddie fell asleep. Mike never really minded though

Bev used to like playing with Eddie's hair and trying to make little plaits cause he was the only one besides Ben who'd usually allow that. By the time she'd be done, Eddie would've nodded off and she'd kinda just hold him till someone needed to put him next to his sleeping bag.

Bill when he first had Eddie over figured out his sleepy hugging tendencies but he wasn't too bothered as he spent most night being smothered by Georgie sprawling on his bed too. And after that summer he kinda appreciated and felt comforted by the consistency of Eddie doing this.

Eddie would try to usually stay awake with Stan in the clubhouse to keep him company but would fall asleep when Stan read sections of his books to him. Stan tried to not take this too much to heart and kinda felt a little happy that Eddie was comfortable enough around him to sleep so easy as he sometimes worried that he was awkward or intimidating to him.

Ben often noted Eddie's sleeping in cars for experiments so he would usually be the one Eddie clung too in order to test his navigation once they got post (science buddies rule) but often liked sitting in the peace with him.

Richie and Eddie were always both such sleepy people when finally all their hyper energy had run out and would often tucker themselves out and retire to the hammock where they'd nap for up to 2 hours before waking up and starting their shenanigans again. The other losers found it pretty adorable when they'd hug though, for all the shoving and hyper giggling that they could be that peaceful, even if they all knew it was gonna be short lived xD

choosing to interpret all the losers as some flavor of LGBT but not changing the ch 2 plot at all is literally so funny like yeah we're all gay. richie is weird about it tho
