                    FORGIVENESS IS NO LONGER AN OPTION!

steve was born and raised in district two. one of the busiest districts and one known as the masonry district. it is also where weapons have been forged for the games and so much more. this is where steve learned how to make weapons, including his signature shield. while he grew up in rough conditions, he did his best to keep his head held high and instill the values he grew up on. hardwork and dedication were important to him, as well as his kindheartedness. no matter the distance, no matter the consequences, steve always tried to find a solution without having to resort to violence. though, he was not opposed to violence either, though it was always his last resource. being raised in district two meant being raised to grow up and become a peacekeeper. but, steve’s hopes of becoming a peacekeeper had been tarnished when he was chosen as one of the tributes from district two. while he is not exactly like most district two citizens, he was still conditioned and bred for a moment like this. he is skilled and can easily work his way out of situations and isn’t afraid to get blood on his hands if needed... and boy, did he come out of this with so much blood on his hands. he was the victor of the 73rd annual hunger games. during the third quarter quell, steve had been reaped once again. already having suffered at the hands of the games, he knew that the only option left was to continue fighting... until katniss everdeen changed it all. what had been intended as a punishment for the rebellion across the nations had turned into something much bigger... and steve rogers was not one to back down in the face of fire. he would walk through it with his head held high and join those who laughed in the face of president snow.
