Hey everyone!

Welcome to The Junior Project!

This is a 2024 project which I’ve (@sylvies-chen) have created as a response to the hate and vitriolic jokes being passed around online about Antony Azor and his performance as RJ in The Walking Dead and The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. We just want to show Antony some love and appreciation and celebrate his legitimate status as Rick Grimes’s true son. I’ve named it as such after the little license plate Rick wanted to get RJ in episode 5, which serves as a reminder that RJ is an extension of Rick and a crucial member of the Grimes family.

How it’ll work:

Everyone who wants to participate has until SUNDAY, APRIL 27th, 2024 to submit either

some RJ fanart OR;

a quick blurb about what you think makes Antony or RJ so special as an actor or a character

you can submit this by sending your fanworks or letters (preferably handwritten or typed on a separate document) to this blog!! an alternative option is to post to your account using the tags #the junior project 2024 or #the junior project twd

all the posts will be posted to or reblogged on this blog so that everyone can see them as a collection. everything will also be posted to a public community on twitter/X so make sure to add your twitter username if you have one so that I can give proper credits where they’re due <3
