Hello y'all, I'm doing an additional fundraising campaign for Gaza! This one is done via Tiltify, so it donates directly and immediately to MedGlobal, one of the orgs providing medical aid in Gaza and Sudan.

I always end up going on Tumblr on or around September 18th and I never realize it but the date is significant for personal reasons that always bring me back here.
somehow instead of saying "as a treat", I've started using the phrase "for morale", as if my body is a ship and its crew, and I (the captain) have to keep us in high spirits, lest we suffer a mutiny in the coming days.
and so I will eat this small block of fancy cheese, for morale. I will take a break and drink some tea, for morale. I will pick up that weird bug, for morale.

Oh yeah idk if we said it here but we learned we're Autistic over a year ago. Also figured out what physical disabilities we likely have but I'd rather not share that here

hi! if youre seeing this and you are stuck in scroll paralysis in bed, waiting for some random reason to shut your device off and go to sleep, here is that reason!! snuggle under your covers, turn on rain sounds or night sounds or music or whatever helps you, and let yourself enjoy rest. even if you dont fall asleep it’s okay. enjoy time to yourself in your bed. let your thoughts wander.
