It had been a long day (technically night, considering it was only just hitting 9 am), and Gwen was exhausted. Running Torchwood was something she was used to, something she could be good at considering this wasn't her first time, but building it up from scratch? Recruiting a completely new team and trying to get them to work well together? That was different.
