I wish I would understand
I keep gaining in the last couple of days (it’s probably just water since I’m on my period) BUT I’ve set a goal to myself that I need to achieve.
The goal was to loose 15 kg in 5 months. That means I need to loose 3 kg per month. Since we’re having the 20th August, I have 10 days to loose 3 kg because I gained that shit back smh. But what would I be if I wouldn’t have a plan? U right, me.
Anyway, here’s my plan:
Monday: 250 cals
Tuesday: 200 cals
Wednesday: 300 cals
Thursday: 400 cals
Friday: 0-150 cals
Saturday and Sunday: 450 cals
Some other rules:
No eating before 1pm and after 5 pm
Walking at least 30 minutes a day
Drinking at least 3 litres of water a day
No liquid calories
Do as many jumping jacks as calories you ate and repeat it as often as you ate
Only eat clean/vegan
Don’t give in to food offerings
Just eat if you can’t avoid it
Fast as often as possible
Sleep as much as you can so the hunger pains can’t be felt
According to my goal, I aim for reaching 52 kg by the end of August. I weigh 55,5 kg atm.
If you want to join me on my plan, feel free to do so but please stay safe, I don’t recommend this kind of behavior. I hope I’ll do it…

Rules for myself 🌙
you can do this girl, think of all the good things that will come with being thin(not promoting ed, please seek help if you are struggling. This is just for me,
Overview-
400 or less calories daily
vegan (just to make you stop buying the foods you love)
don’t eat at school
don’t eat before 2 PM or after 5 PM
fast twice a week
when eating you must eat in front of a mirror(no distractions while eating, completely focus on what you are putting in ur gross ugly body)
wear clothes that you want to look good in so you feel even more inclined to not binge
lock yourself in your room if you feel like binging
however many calories you eat you have to do that amount of sit-ups
Drink a shit ton of water
drink a shit ton of coffee
drink a shit ton of tea
drink a shit ton of diet soda( yes it’s bad for you but it kills cravings so well)
If someone asks u if you’re hungry, you have to say u aren’t hungry
If someone offers you food, the answer will always be NO
distract yourself
go on long walks or runs
workout workout workout until you feel like you are going to die
skinny must always be on ur mind
you are strong beautiful angel, keep fighting and one day you will reach ur goal. Until then don’t eat. You’ll be better off anyways 💪💜
