Y'all think Dean took something before he burned Cas?

Like, I don’t know, the trench coat?

I have a theory

That moment when Dean is wrapping Cas’s feet and he pauses,  looking back up to his head.

Dean did something.

I don’t know, something that will preserve Cas’s body so Cas could come back.

I have two ideas about this:

1) The realistic boring option - He hid Cas’s body and buried it normal so he could emerge from the grave a la Dean in Lazarus Rising. But he would need another body to burn so Sam doesn’t get suspicious. Or he wrapped up a bunch of pillows in the house, idk, that’s the easy option.

or

2) The romantic option - He kissed Cas. That hesitation when Dean was dressing the body and looked back at Cas, that wreaked of “well, it’s my last shot, right?” A kiss goodbye. But true love preserved his body and kept him from burning. And the kiss of the righteous man brought his soul/grace back to his body/vessel. And tada Cas is alive again!

How else could Cas come back after a hunter’s funeral? I’m saying Dean didn’t burn the body. He just didn’t.
