It's #rottmntweek2023 day one, and today's prompt is favorite Turtle💙🫡 I chose Leon👀🫶✨ It's also the 1st anniversary of the Rise movie today, so here he is in his fit from the film. 🫴✨ I tried to go for the comic line art + cel shading look, but I mostly winged it and I think it could totally be better, lol.
